Powerful and efficient **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2022 **What do you like best about FileWave?** It is pretty detailed oriented and provides lots of features that other MDMS may not have. The multi-platform support is very helpful for managing various devices in one centralized location. **What do you dislike about FileWave?** As of now there is very little Linux support. Sometimes the platform can get confusing but once you pass those hurdles, it becomes much easier to maneuver and work with. **What problems is FileWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows for our various IT members to monitor and support all our devices and locations. The platform also makes deployment and provisioning very simple and efficient. ### 2. I use it for all my ipads in two schools to manage, wipe and refresh them. **What do you dislike about FileWave?** It takes a long time to receive new updates, and then you usually need a new update by that point to keep it working well. **What problems is FileWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** We solve our management with filewave.
