I utilize the Mailbox feature daily to retrieve important Legal documents that have been faxed to FileVine. It is easy to use, straightforward and from there i can post to a project ( Client) directly very easy. And also "tag" a paralegal whom has the case and make it a note with ease. Filevine really helps to stay on top of your file. It allows to keep documents, make notes, send and received messages and attachments. You can have contacts, descriptions, lots of other features. If you need to review the file, just open Filevine and you will see the progress, obviously if you save everything there. I can't imagine to work without it anymore.
