The one aspect of Filevine that I find a bit frustrating is how documents open in the browser instead of using the native application, like Word or Excel. As a case management software, FIlevine excels offering friendly user workflows for law firms. I like a lot that has different features to centralize communications, tasks and file management in one platform, reducing the time spent on administrative work and enhances team collaboration. We use it on a daily basis to keep track of client's case progress and also to track the team performance and KPI's.

I consider that there is room for improvement in syncronizing on real time the Team Tab with the changes that are applied on the Case Summary tab, making it easier to reassign cases from one team member to another, avoiding that manual changes need to be made.
