Accessing clients in the address book. For example, when you try to look up a client in the address book or the 'Search for Project' section, if you misspell the clients name, even by one letter, it will pull up a list of irrelevant names; names that aren't even close to what I type in. Filevine is rapidly improving on an already great product for our unique civil plaintiff firm. It allows us to bill for our time, add in contingencies, communicate incredibly well with peers while sharing a well controlled repository of case documents. But what I like best is that they are constantly improving and evolving. As great as it is today, i can't wait to see what it's like down the road. FileVine has grown in line with how law firms themselves grow, and as such there isn't as much managerial control or production of data and reports embedded in the system itself for business people like me running the firm.
