Automation, task management, and integrated reporting (with tools like Domo and Lead Docket) have improved visibility and accountability at every level. What do you dislike about Filevine? Many features that should be standard—like robust reporting (Domo), AI-powered document automation, and advanced integrations—require significant extra fees. There’s no native sync with local drives or most document management systems, so we had to pay a third-party vendor to make that work. The add-on costs can add up quickly and aren’t always transparent at the start. New releases sometimes lack documentation or support, and you have to be ready for a fair amount of internal troubleshooting.
