Not because it can't but because it makes you quickly exceed the data limit within your account and forces you to upgrade. Of course this depends on the size of your organization. For photography there are some small compression issues at this point. In some cases images with a bigger file size get compressed to a point where the colors change in the image. Pressing HQ when reviewing changes the image back to normal, but it can lead to situations where the client mentions feedback that is not relevant when this step is forgotten.
