It's so nice not to have to keep track of e-mails and notes with timestamps from multiple people during a review. Everything is in one place and the platform is easy to use. This helps hugely internally with our creative team, but our clients have also had an easy time getting used to using Filestage. **What do you dislike about Filestage?** I think the review step procedures can be a little confusing sometimes. When there are multiple review steps (internal and client facing for example) and you want to upload a new version and only have it reviewed internally, there is some getting used to on which buttons to press and how to have your new uploads only visible to one party or the other. I also wish we could adjust notifications to alert Account Managers of feedback, without having them need to take up a "seat" on the platform. Everyone on my team picked it up quickly. **What do you dislike about Filestage?** There are still a few bugs with notifications and the integration with google needs a bit of work, but its a better solution than what I've found for such a reasonable price. **Recommendations to others considering Filestage:** If you are looking for a simple solution to proofing without a lot of bells and whistles, this is for you and your team. **What problems is Filestage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a creative time of the Creative Director, a Copy Writer, A Graphic Designer, and our President who only likes to see the final stage. We needed a place where comments for everything could easily be found, where we could see previous versions to ensure new ones were fixed, and where everyone could collaborate. We also needed a place to invite reviewers at different phases of the project where they didnt have to see everything along the way.
