"Solving content management issues is now super simple"

What do you like best about Filestack?

That which appeals to me most about Filestack is its astounding power in the handling of files. We use it extensively in making and managing uploads of files and it has greatly enhanced the experience. It is very easy to use, especially the drag and drop function and there are several features such as image conversion as well as image manipulation, which are very helpful. The features of Filestack API make it possible to manage different functions of our platform efficiently and provide the users with a range of conveniences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Filestack?

There is one negative I have to note about Filestack. At times, I have noticed a bit of delay in uploading files during periods of heaviest traffic. It has led to website posts being created and distributed at a slower rate and some frustration among the team. Also there is a drawback which is the cost factor as it can be expensive for the small business to indulge in some of the functionality. Due to the following disadvantages, people have not been able to harness all this software in as much as comes with higher cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We minimized downtime and boosted efficiency in our company with this functional software"
4/5
What do you like best about Filestack?

Filestack also stands out for functionality that allows easy integrations with the particular platforms for uploading files and managing media assets. It is stable with regard to its API that enhances its integration with our CMS and other applications. Of all the tools, the image transformation and file conversion have benefitted us most, helping enhance the efficiency of our digital platforms, users’ engagement by reducing time consumption and better ways of delivering content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Filestack?

The major issue which I have with Filestack is the issue with costs where the moment the storage and usage increases the cost also follows suit. The management of costs is essentially the act of decreasing or moderating expenses, therefore at times, the application of a certain gesture or tool can be reduced just to control costs. Besides that, it is quite unproblematic to rely on the Filestack, however, there are cases when some avaliable issues appear or service and content providing is delayed during the peak traffic moments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really reliable file management solution with comprehensive security"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Filestack?

I like that Filestack is always dependable. It automatically processes large quantities of files, which is important to our operation. It also helps that there are so many features, such as the extensive security options, to safeguard our information. On the same note, the customer support is always quick to respond and assist with any problems facing the user. The reliability and security measures offered for Filestack has really enhanced our confidence in our files management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Filestack?

The only thing I did not like about Filestack is its pricing model. They can be relatively costly if used by small businesses or a few designers or developers. This high cost can sometimes prove very much unaffordable for us, and therefore we may find it very difficult to justify the costs against other available options. Also, the features that the software offers are highly complex, and this can result in high training costs. Such aspects may negatively impact our general productivity and can take some more time to be engaged with the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Carl Cruz of Filestack

Thanks for your thoughtful review! We're thrilled Filestack's reliability and security features are boosting your confidence in file management. Your feedback on pricing for smaller teams is valuable - we're always looking to balance our robust features with affordability.

4/5
What do you like best about Filestack?

Filestack focuses on protecting sensitive info, which is good. They have strong security measures, which gives confidence handling user content and meeting rules. Filestack cloud solutions also make overseeing data easy, handling changing needs well. In general, Filestack removes worries about keeping info in the right places with permission so I can focus on important work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Filestack?

Filestack handles files very well. But smaller companies or startups just getting bigger may find the costs too high. Offering more options at different price levels could help more businesses use it. Better support that offers more one on one help would also make the product easier to understand and use, especially the harder parts of the tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Carl Cruz of Filestack

Thanks for your insightful review! We're glad Filestack's robust security measures give you peace of mind when handling sensitive data. It's great to hear our cloud solutions are making data management a breeze for you.

"We overcame large file processing challenges!"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Filestack?

One of the main features that can be noted about Filestack is that it fits well into handling complex file processes. That means we heavily use it for either upload, conversion or transmission of files and this has indeed eased the process. The image transformation features are very impressive and provide an inherent feature of resizing and optimizing the images instantly. It is easier to integrate with services such as AWS and Google Cloud, improving our file management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Filestack?

One of the main concerns with Filestack is the cost structure, where the price increases with usage, constraining the budget. Also, the system may occasionally lag when dealing with large files, which is quite inconvenient and irritating. Some of these challenges have created inconveniences at some times and contributed to expenses. Additionally, the documentation is very copious, which creates difficulties at the initial stage of working with the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Carl Cruz of Filestack

Thanks for this detailed feedback! It's fantastic to hear how Filestack is handling your complex file processes with ease. We're particularly pleased that our image transformation features are making such a positive impact.

Your points about pricing and occasional lag with large files are well-taken. We're constantly working on optimizing our performance and exploring ways to provide more value at every price point.

We hear you on the documentation challenges. Making our powerful features more accessible is a top priority for us.

"These robuts features allowed us to improve workflow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Filestack?

One of the features that makes Filestack stand out is how fast and streamlined it is to upload files and transform them. The fast and accurate creation of large files has proven to be very helpful to our activities. The great number of tools for image editing provides an opportunity to tweak even the choice of images conveniently. This explains why there is detailed API documentation which helps in implementation and integration of more applications in a seamless manner. Their support team is also very engaging and courteous each time we have questions or problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Filestack?

The only thing I do not like with Filestack is that it is expensive if you are new business or startup. We have also experienced some system downtimes which have interfered with our operations. The first installation is complex as well as the process of connecting it, especially if the user is not an expert in the use of the API. Sometimes, this has delayed our development agenda and required additional resources to fix issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We improved productivity with this automated solution!"
4/5
What do you like best about Filestack?

Integration is one of the broad categories where Filestack excels. It integrates seamlessly with our current systems, for example, the content management platform and the cloud storage services, thus making the files quite easy to manage. I have found the API to be highly reliable in integrating into our work process, permitting easy uploading, transformation, and delivery of files. Also, it is good to work with numerous file formats and implement customization with the company’s brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Filestack?

A disadvantage of Filestack is the costly model of service provision since with our usage, it was evident that much amounts will be needed to cater for this, especially during the periods of the heaviest file processing. Further, as the platform is stuffed with options, some of them seemed to be not very thought through and no clarified on the documentation side, which leads to additional time on their implementation and problem solving. It should be noted that these drawbacks have from time to time impacted on the productivity of the process and solving problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
