Daily JavaScript Errors **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Music | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 25, 2022 **What do you like best about Filestack?** Fully functional image manipulation plugin that can be added to your site with minimal integration effort. Provides a few image manipulation features that are not available in popular open source plugins. **What do you dislike about Filestack?** Bugs, bugs, bugs! We use Airbrake and get many errors from its JavaScript library. How much revenue this is costing is not clear. Just check their GitHub issues page for filestack-js. They have rudimentary issues unresolved for years. We've opened support tickets that never get fixed. Well no, one issue was but then, in later a version, they broke it again and now it remains unresolved. We ask for updates and they blow us off. Yes we are paying 100s of dollars a month for this. Recently we started seeing a HUGH increase in upload errors. They give us no explanation. We asked for basic info on how their product works so that we can attempt to figure it out for them, for example: why is your server returning an HTTP 403 when we upload, and they never answer. If you plan on doing anything more than the most basic vanilla configuration look elsewhere! We plan on dropping them in the near future. **What problems is Filestack solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fully functional browser-based image manipulation with minimal integration effort. There are some opensource software libraries for this but they are lacking various bits of functionality. Filestack is complete. ### 2.
