I use OPSWAT Filescan to securely scan files before they are downloaded, shared, or accessed within our organization. I use it for a small website that I have where users can upload their creativity such as wallpapers, graphics etc but this can sometimes be unsafe due to trojans or malicious codes within the files, I use filescan to scan the files, it generates full report where I can see pretty much everything required in order to find out if there's anything suspicious. You can also download the report.
