FilesAnywhere feels a bit behind the times. The interface reminds me of the basic file browser in any windows computer, maybe even hearkening back to windows 98. On the customer end it's easy enough to use, but on the user end you're sorting through a long single list of folders. There's no way to send a customer to a particular folder or have their folder information pre-filled out, so you end up having to dig for the folders from customers that don't otherwise know what to put in the field names. Ease of Use - new hires are effectively using efilecabinet within their first hour on the job with very few questions or problems. Productivity - files can be located & faxed or emailed directly/immediately from a workstation, rather than having an associate spend time going back and forth between filing cabinets.
