"Simple to Use, Powerful File Sharing with Expert Helpdesk Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Files.com?

Files.com is simple to use and fairly intuitive without being overly simplified. The helpdesk staff is extremely knowledgeable. It’s far more than just a basic file-sharing service; it has replaced at least seven different file receiving and transmitting services I used before. Since we started using it, we’ve had exactly zero downtime, and the site is consistently responsive.

The pricing is a flat fee, so there are no surprises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Files.com?

The only downside to Files.com is sometimes they aren't always clear about certain features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Large File Management, Simple to Use"
5/5
What do you like best about Files.com?

I truly appreciate the user interface of Files.com; it is simple and incredibly intuitive, which enhances the overall user experience. The ease with which I can create folders, establish shares, and configure permissions surpasses what I experienced with Smartfiles.com. The automation and sync features, particularly between remote servers, have been simplified significantly. I greatly value the effort that goes into making such a user-friendly interface, knowing it’s no small feat. The straightforward setup is a major highlight for me, as it doesn't require any coding knowledge, thereby broadening its usability across more users. This ease enhances my administrative capabilities, allowing me to easily manage and create essential file syncs that are vital to our business processes. Additionally, the help and support provided are excellent, which further enriches the product's ease of use. Another aspect I like is the smooth transition process from Smartfiles.com to Files.com. The migration was nearly seamless, with settings and files well-transferred without the need for password changes. My team hardly noticed any differences except for the improved UI and sharing methods, which were straightforward and well-documented, making it easy to relay information to my team. Overall, the migration was impressive and left me very satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Files.com?

I encountered an issue where certain sync functions did not work as expected when syncing files between servers. For instance, I tried to move a file from one server to another, but it did not work. After opening a help ticket, I found out that the platform does not allow moves from certain remote servers, which was not stated clearly anywhere. This lack of information was frustrating because the option appeared available but was not functional. Although there might have been updates to address this, it was an area I found lacking initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
