Exceeds our expactations. We moved from a self-managed on-prem SFTP to files.com a few years ago and it had literally exceeeded our expectations in every manner. This includes: functionality, support, security, and pricing. We currently use IP whiteliest to help with our security and this is done is a very smart manner. We changed our comany name and a File.com expert was there to guide us to use a temporary alias, migrate all connections, then update the site name to seamlessly make this change with zero downtime.
