Some of the things that are probably the most difficult for us are the fact that it can be a little cumbersome to get everybody set up, a lot of work to do there. I'd shy away from these types of services and pay the money to implement your sharepoint or other internal cloud solutions. They seamlessly offer FTP and SFTP services, which allow us to securely share files with other businesses and organizations. The initial setup of Files.com was very easy, and we didn't require any assistance from their technical support. We were able to handle everything ourselves in-house.
