This doesn't really bother me as a systems admin, but the graphics and marketing teams would love to be able to do more with the landing page for the customer facing portal. Files.com is a turnkey low maintenance solution. I don't have to worry about certificates, web hosting, or any of the other headaches with the public internet. We get a nice web portal for our customers, ad hoc file sharing, and integrations to AWS and AZURE. We also utilize the on prem file syncing which allows our users to work locally as if the files are on a traditional file server. I absolutely love the fine grained identity management options.
