We primarily use it for automated SFTP file transfers. I have been able to set up automations for pushing and pulling files, with a level of customization that has allowed us to circumvent issues presented by some of our trading partners. I have not needed assistance from customer support, as the functionality that I require was possible without it. One of our IT admins needed customer support regarding getting dedicated IP addresses for whitelisting purposes, and that was resolved within two days. I would strongly recommend Files.com for anyone needing a service for handling their FTP. **What do you dislike about Files.com?** While I wouldn't necessarily consider it a strike against Files.com, the greatest barrier I experience is my own ignorance. There are options available that I simply don't understand, or perhaps they aren't applicable to my situation. Within the uses that I do understand, the functionality has been straightforward. It would be extremely difficult to provide this level of functionality with modern, enterprise level, security features. I think Files.com does an excellent job walking the line between accessibility and a high level of functionality. **What problems is Files.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Prior to Files.com, our SFTP functions were performed manually with an FTP client. Now, the receipt and exchange of our data files is automated, improving turnaround time and eliminating any manual errors. ### 3. It's so easy to read and navigate through a document compared to the previous managed file transfer platform I used. Files.com also allows for using the most secure form of two factor authentication such as a Yubikey. This is huge especially these days when cyber hacking is a big problem. It gives me peace of mind knowing my sensitive files are as secure as possible. **What do you dislike about Files.com?** Since I'm new to the platform, there will be a learning curve to figuring out how to best utilize all the extra features included in my basic Files.com subscription. It's so much more than what I had with the previous managed file transfer platform I used. **What problems is Files.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Files.com is helping me solve the problem of storing sensitive company files as well providing a secure way to send and receive confidential files. ### 4.
