FilePost is a developer-first file upload API for applications that need reliable file storage and public delivery without building their upload pipeline. With one HTTP request, developers upload a file and receive a public CDN URL. The API supports multipart, Base64, and URL-based uploads and works with cURL, Python, Node.js, PHP, and any HTTP-capable stack. Authenticated accounts can list files, retrieve metadata, delete files, view usage, and configure upload webhooks. FilePost also provides shareable intake links: teams can create upload pages for customers or collaborators without requiring an API key, with controls for file types, size, count, and expiration. Files are stored with Backblaze B2 and delivered over HTTPS through FilePost's CDN layer. Plan limits range from 50 MB files on the free tier to 500 MB on Pro, with rate limits from 10 to 200 requests per second. Common uses include document collection, automation workflows, public assets, and adding file handling to an API.
