What do you like best about fileplan?

It is essential to ensure that an organization is complete, and a safe storage of the cloud is one of the procedures for this role and ultimately to ensure that sensitive information is well managed. You can store a decent amount of files and folders on its ‘cloud’, and you’ll have access to them anywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about fileplan?

It is really easy to use, intuitive, quick to set up and very easy to file and retrieve documents. It is cloud based can be access from anywhere and very cost effective per user. There are automatic prompts to save emails which is a big plus for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing so far. We have not found anything that we dislike or wish operated differently Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Yes - the team was excellent to import our current data into Fileplan and the cost was quite acceptable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is fileplan solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fileplan has provided us with a single platform for the revision management, distribution and display of all our working documents, such as work instructions, forms, technical data, safety material etc across our business, Being a cloud based system our employees can now access the latest revision of any document they require either in the office or in the field. All documents have inbedded hyperlinks in the text providing instant access to supporting materials, be they work instructions, forms, technical data etc. This provides a seamless transition from text to the field, making document relevant which is invaluable the business. What do you like best about fileplan?

Great way to keep track of documents and see who made changes. There is no more situations where documents go missing or are changed. We can always get the documents back! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about fileplan?

I wish there was a desktop client so it worked a little more like dropbox where I can easily copy paste files in a local directory system.

Generally any issue ive had the guys at fileplan have fixed very quickly. They implemented some of our suggestions within 48 hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
