RightsManager is a solution for document security practices by allowing to encrypt documents locally, so there is no need to upload unencrypted documents to an unknown server or file sharing site. It helps to maintain complete control of the source files at all times.

**What do you like best about FileOpen RightsManager?**

The education package allows easy file sharing and distribution among a large group

**What do you dislike about FileOpen RightsManager?**

The only shortcoming that I ran into is that users can take screenshots even though copying is not enabled.

**Recommendations to others considering FileOpen RightsManager:**

Get some practice but overall it is easy to get hands on

**What problems is FileOpen RightsManager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using for educational purpose. It is good at restricting access on certain documents
