Good platform that is still working out some kinks **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2023 **What do you like best about Filejet?** The cost is a lot cheaper than the big companies (CT Corp, CSC) and they continue to improve their product. They recently revamped their portal, and I like the changes. **What do you dislike about Filejet?** When service of process documents are uploaded, they are not always correctly categorized with the type of document that is uploaded (e.g., garnishment vs. another type of document), or always tagged to the correct entity (we have a large number of entities). **What problems is Filejet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Filejet helps us stay on top of entity annual renewals by listing all entities (and states in which each entity is registered), along with reminders of when renewals are due. The registered agent services were reasonably priced and it is helpful having all notices received on the platform. **What do you dislike about Filejet?** Some of the structure of the platform is not intuitive. **What problems is Filejet solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our entities were not managed in an organized way and we had different registered agent services. Now everything is streamlined.
