## About FileFlo
FileFlo is AI-powered compliance document management software for regulated small and mid-sized businesses in trucking (FMCSA), construction (OSHA), healthcare (CMS), manufacturing (OSHA + EPA), and food service. The platform automates the document layer of regulatory compliance under 49 CFR Parts 380, 382, 391, and 396 (FMCSA), 29 CFR 1904 and 1910 (OSHA), and EPA RCRA. AI classifies uploaded files across 600+ document types — medical examiner certificates, MVRs, OSHA training records, EPA hazardous waste manifests, provider licenses, food handler permits — and routes each to the correct driver, employee, or facility record. The expiration engine sends 90, 60, 30, and 7-day alerts for medical certificates, CDLs, annual MVRs, training certifications, and license renewals. When an FMCSA compliance reviewer, OSHA inspector, or state regulator arrives, FileFlo produces a complete, indexed audit binder in 60 to 180 seconds. Key capabilities: - AI document classification across 600+ types - 90/60/30/7-day expiration alerts - One-click audit binder export (FMCSA, OSHA, EPA formats) - §391.51 driver qualification file tracking - §382.701 Clearinghouse pre-employment and annual queries - §391.25 annual MVR review - 29 CFR 1904 OSHA 300/300A logs with auto-generated annual summary - Real-time compliance dashboards by driver, employee, location, or vehicle - Role-based access controls and full audit trail Pricing: Starter $89/month (100 documents, 3 users) for solo owner-operators and small teams. Professional $299/month flat for unlimited documents, unlimited users, and unlimited locations. 5-day free trial — no credit card, no sales call. The maximum FMCSA civil penalty per recordkeeping violation is $16,550 under 49 CFR Section 386.81 (per the 2024 inflation adjustment in 89 Federal Register 4275). One missed expiration costs more than a year of FileFlo Professional. Founded by Chad Griffith.

## FileFlo Reviews
  ### 1. FileFlo Review: Finally, No More Scrambling for Compliance Docs, Game-Changer for Property Managers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neil C. | Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about FileFlo?**

I really like how FileFlo basically acts like a full-time compliance officer that never sleeps. The best part for me is the way it just takes all your uploaded docs, figures out what they are, pulls out the important dates and details automatically, checks them against the rules for your industry, and then gives you a clear compliance score plus a ready-to-go audit binder in one click.
Before this, getting ready for an audit meant hours (or days) of digging through folders, spreadsheets, and emails trying to find everything, and always worrying something was missing or expired. With FileFlo, I can upload stuff, walk away, and come back to an organized report with expiration alerts, missing items flagged, and everything nicely packaged for inspectors.
The alerts 30, 14, and 7 days before things expire have already saved me from a couple of close calls, and being able to generate that professional-looking binder instantly makes me feel way more confident when regulators show up. For the price, it feels like a steal compared to hiring someone or dealing with the stress and potential fines. Super practical and actually makes the whole compliance thing less painful.

**What do you dislike about FileFlo?**

As a property manager in Phoenix using FileFlo for the past four months, the only real downside I've noticed is that the AI sometimes needs a quick manual fix on older scanned docs or weirdly formatted vendor forms, like correcting a date or name here and there. It's maybe 10 percent of uploads and takes seconds, but I wish it nailed every single one perfectly.
Everything else is great. The alerts, the instant audit binders, the risk score, and how easy it makes staying on top of leases, COIs, permits, and inspections are all spot on. For what it costs, it's honestly a game changer compared to the old spreadsheet mess. Super happy with it overall.

**What problems is FileFlo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a property manager in Phoenix, FileFlo solves the exact headaches that used to eat up my time and stress every single month.
The biggest problem it fixes is the constant scramble to track and find time-sensitive documents before an owner asks for proof, an inspection hits, or something expires. Leases renewing, insurance certificates lapsing, vendor COIs going out of date, rental permits needing renewal, inspection reports getting buried, licenses for the property or myself needing updates... all of it used to live in a mess of spreadsheets, email threads, shared drives, and paper folders. I'd waste hours digging for one missing COI or double-checking expiration dates, and I always had that nagging worry that something was slipping through the cracks.
FileFlo changes that completely. I upload whatever I have (PDFs, scans, photos), and the AI automatically pulls out the key dates, names, property addresses, and details, checks it against the rules, flags anything missing or expiring soon, and gives me a clear risk score. Then it generates a clean, professional audit-ready binder with one click if I need to prove compliance fast.
The benefits for me are huge:

I get alerts 30, 14, and 7 days before anything expires, so I never get caught off guard anymore.
Owner requests or surprise inspections that used to take days of prep now take minutes because everything is organized and searchable.
No more last-minute panics that could lead to fines, denied insurance claims, or lost deals.
Overall, I spend way less time on paperwork (probably 10+ hours a week saved) and feel way more confident that nothing is hidden or overlooked.

It's made my job less reactive and more under control, especially in Arizona where we deal with a mix of state licensing, city permits, HOA rules, and habitability stuff. For what it costs, it's been a total game changer.

  ### 2. Quick Onboarding, AI-Powered Compliance Tracking That Delivers Clear ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marlon U. | Digital Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about FileFlo?**

Onboarding is quick and straightforward. Tracking employee certificates and licenses used to be a hassle, but now the AI automatically sorts the documents for us. The real-time dashboard makes it easy to check compliance status at a glance, without having to chase down updates. I can also generate audit binders with a single click, which saves a lot of time when audits come around. Overall, the ROI is clear.

**What do you dislike about FileFlo?**

I have one concern in the analytics section. The data is solid, but the report customization options feel limited. The mobile app can be slow at times, and uploading large files may lag and briefly pause my workflow.

**What problems is FileFlo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manually tracking OSHA and training documents was taking too much time and creating unnecessary risk. Fileflo automates the process and sends expiration alerts, so renewals don’t get missed. It has reduced admin work, made collaboration across branches smoother, and made it easy to add new employees. With fewer compliance gaps and lower penalty risk, the cost feels justified.
