"Powerful encryption protection, efficient and secure file transfer tool"
5/5
What do you like best about FileCap?

I like FileCap's end-to-end encryption technology, which ensures that sensitive files and emails are protected during transmission, preventing unauthorized access. This is very important for businesses and individuals dealing with confidential information, effectively avoiding the risk of data breaches. It gives me peace of mind when transmitting confidential files, whether they are business secret documents or personal privacy files, as they are all encrypted. FileCap simplifies the file transfer process, and its user-friendly interface and integration with Outlook make uploading, downloading, and managing files easy and convenient, speeding up work efficiency. FileCap's powerful file search function also allows me to quickly locate the files I need, especially when there are many files, saving a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileCap?

Upload and download speed: When transferring large files, especially in less than ideal network conditions, upload and download speeds are slow. Reduced work efficiency: Employees need to spend a lot of time waiting for file transfers, which prevents them from promptly starting subsequent tasks, leading to wasted time and increased work costs. I've been sending and receiving large-file emails with File Cap, and I'm delighted with how safe and effective their service is. Because the platform guarantees smooth file transfers, it is useful for both personal and business use. Because of the additional layer of confidence that the emphasis on security provides, it is a dependable option for managing sensitive information. All things considered, File Cap has made it easier to share big files via email by offering a safe and easy-to-use alternative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FileCap?

The File Cap user interface is one area that needs work. Although it works well to enable secure email exchanges for huge files, there is need for improvement in terms of user interface design. Certain features could not be as user-friendly to some users, which would affect how easy it is to navigate and utilize overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Viable, Secure Email and File Sharing Solution"
3/5
What do you like best about FileCap?

As a user I found the user interface and user experience to be really nice and intuitive, many of these security solutions aren't very appealing to the eye, FileCap is also really good for data compliance and control, you can track files to ensure there has been no interceptions and even set expiration dates to lock the file completely after a certain point. What do you dislike about FileCap?

Whilst using FileCap I had a pretty basic corporate laptop and due to the specifications of the laptop and the complexitiy of FileCap I noticed some severe and degrading performance issues at times, this may not be an issue on more powerful machines but it was for my laptop.
