The Outlook plugin, link expiry and access revocation features let me safely distribute confidential coaching resources to corporate clients with full traceability for audits. **What do you dislike about FileCap?** There is no native link to our LMS, meaning I manually transfer assessment records between two systems, adding heavy admin overhead and slowing audit prep. Raw audit logs lack German L&D compliance templates and demand extensive Excel reformatting. Mobile performance is slow for on-location workshops, with no batch uploads. Every file view and download generates timestamped logs we can hand straight to regulators. The Outlook add-in fits our daily workflow seamlessly, and native German localization makes onboarding our consulting staff far faster. No more tedious manual access logging for client data. **What do you dislike about FileCap?** CSRD reporting exports can’t be customized to match our internal audit templates. Large batch archiving of client records runs slowly. German support is only available standard business hours, leaving after-hours critical transfer issues unresolved overnight. **What problems is FileCap solving and how is that benefiting you?** We previously relied on risky public file sharing tools that failed GDPR and NIS2 standards. A Viable, Secure Email and File Sharing Solution **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Ryan K. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2023 **What do you like best about FileCap?** As a user I found the user interface and user experience to be really nice and intuitive, many of these security solutions aren't very appealing to the eye, FileCap is also really good for data compliance and control, you can track files to ensure there has been no interceptions and even set expiration dates to lock the file completely after a certain point. **What do you dislike about FileCap?** Whilst using FileCap I had a pretty basic corporate laptop and due to the specifications of the laptop and the complexitiy of FileCap I noticed some severe and degrading performance issues at times, this may not be an issue on more powerful machines but it was for my laptop. **What problems is FileCap solving and how is that benefiting you?** FileCap made it really easy to be compliant with GDPR here in Europe as they handled all of these requirements on their end, the large file size for emails is also a nice feature the standard 10MB on Outlook can often be an issue but not with FIleCap. ### 5.
