I am a solo-preneur and before using fileAI I spent way too much time on random accounting processes like reconciliation. fileAI has reduced the time I spend there dramatically. The customer support has also been a really positive experience. **What do you dislike about fileAI?** I think there could be more educational resources around how to get the most out of the platform. There seem to constantly be new features being released, so I'm sure I'm not making the most out of all the capabilities. **What problems is fileAI solving and how is that benefiting you?** fileAI has made handling documents and pulling data way easier. Before, we were stuck doing a lot of manual data entry, which was super time-consuming and a bit of a pain. It save alot of time, and once the rule is setup it can automatically post to Xero. These definitely save at least 60% of work time, improving our efficiency.
