**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salman h. | Team Lead, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Figma?**

The best part is how easy it is to share simple web link with anyone so they can see my designs and client can leave comments on specific sections if they want changes. and it works like a clear blueprint for the whole app. As a developer, I also really love that it give me the exact CSS code for colors and sizes to use in my software.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

dislike part is that you really need a strong, steady internet connection to use it smoothly. Also if you have too many big app screens open on one page, it can make your computer very slow.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It help me draw and plan screens for the school and lab management apps and webs. I build before i start typing any code. This saves me a lot of time because i know exactly where every button and menu should go.

  ### 3. Figma’s Real-Time Collaboration Makes Design Fast and Seamless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaya R. | graphic deaigner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Figma?**

What I like best about Figma is its real-time collaboration and ease of use. It allows designers and stakeholders to work together seamlessly in one shared file, which significantly speeds up the design and feedback process. The interface is intuitive, cloud-based access eliminates version control issues, and features like components, auto layout, and design systems make it efficient to maintain consistency across projects.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

ne thing I dislike about Figma is that performance can slow down when working with very large files or complex design systems. It can also be limiting when internet connectivity is unstable, since many core features rely on being online. Additionally, some advanced features and collaboration tools are restricted to paid plans, which may be a drawback for individual designers or small teams.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma solves many day-to-day design problems like version confusion, slow feedback, and difficulty collaborating with teams. As a junior designer, it helps me work more confidently by keeping everything in one place and making it easy to share designs and get real-time feedback. Features like components, auto layout, and shared libraries help me maintain consistency and learn better design practices while working faster and more efficiently.

  ### 4. Design, prototyping, and coding all in one place.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nury Lezzandra A. | Desarrollo Web y Soporte de Aplicaciones., Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Figma is not just drawing software, but a smart workspace.

- It works on Windows, Mac, Linux, and the Chrome browser.

- You edit an element once, and it updates on all 100 screens where you used it.

- "Auto Layout" (My favorite feature): It makes elements behave like they do in real life (or like they do in HTML/CSS code).

Benefit: If you delete an element in a list, the rest automatically move up to fill the space. It saves hours of repetitive work.

- Community and Plugins: Figma has a massive community that creates free tools within the platform.

- "Smart Animate" Prototyping: It's the easiest way to go from a static design to something that looks like a real app.

- Everything is in the cloud. The file you see is the same one your collaborator or programmer sees. The version history lets you go back in time if you make a mistake.

- The free plan is extremely generous (unlimited draft projects).

- Developers can view exact measurements, colors in HEX format, and CSS code directly.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

- RAM usage: If you work with files containing many high-resolution images or hundreds of pages, the browser or desktop app can become slow or even crash unexpectedly with an "Out of memory" message. This forces you to have a computer with ample RAM (at least 16GB for smooth performance) if you're a heavy user.

- The file system and "Drafts": The file organization on the home screen is somewhat chaotic. If you don't pay for a subscription, your projects are "trapped" in a drafts section that's difficult to organize into folders.

- Offline mode is practically nonexistent: You need an internet connection to upload files for the first time and for changes to be saved securely to the cloud.

- The "Promise" of Dev Mode (Paid): Many features that were previously free (such as easily copying CSS properties) are now tied to a rather expensive paid subscription.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- The Problem of "Infinite Versions": The file lives in the cloud and is unique. You save space on your hard drive and, most importantly, eliminate confusion. You always know you're seeing the latest version.

- The "Wall" Between Designers and Developers: Before, the designer would finish and "throw" a PDF or image to the programmer. The programmer had to guess the dimensions, colors, and fonts, or wait for the designer to send a brand guide. Developers access the same link and can see the CSS code, the exact pixel distances, and export icons themselves.

- Static Work vs. Responsive Reality: If you designed a button and then the text was longer, you had to redraw the button, move the icon, and adjust the margins manually. With Auto Layout, elements behave like smart containers that automatically adjust based on the content.

- The cost of licenses and installation: Before, you needed a powerful computer to run resource-intensive software and had to pay expensive subscriptions from day one. Plus, if you had Linux or a tablet, you couldn't work. Now, it works in any browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge) and has an extremely robust free plan for individuals.

  ### 5. Effortless, Feature-Rich UI/UX Design with Seamless Real-Time Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brahmatheja Reddy M. | Head of Product, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Figma?**

What I love most about Figma is how effortless it feels to use, even for complex UI/UX and prototyping work. The learning curve is minimal, so you can go from idea to high-fidelity designs quickly without wrestling with the tool.

As someone who uses Figma almost daily, I really appreciate how feature rich it is auto layout, components, variants, prototyping and real-time collaboration all work smoothly together. Implementation is basically instant since it’s browser-based and collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders feels seamless.

Integrations with tools like Jira, Slack and design systems fit naturally into my workflow, which makes handoffs and iterations much faster. Overall, it’s one of those tools that just stays out of the way and lets you focus on designing.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

While Figma is very powerful, performance can sometimes take a hit with extremely large files or highly complex prototypes. Heavy auto layout nesting, large component libraries or lots of variants can occasionally slow things down, especially in long-running files.

Customer support is another area where there’s room for improvement. For common issues, documentation and community resources are helpful, but when it comes to more complex or account level problems, response times can feel slow. Direct support interactions often rely on tickets rather than realtime help, which can be frustrating when something is blocking work.

Additionally, some advanced features aren’t always intuitive for new users, so teams often depend on external tutorials instead of in product guidance. Pricing can also scale up quickly for larger teams, particularly when advanced permissions or organisation level controls are needed.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma solves the problem of fragmented design workflows and poor collaboration between design, product and engineering teams. Instead of juggling multiple tools for wireframes, visual design and prototyping, everything lives in one place.

For me, this means faster iteration cycles, clearer feedback and fewer misunderstandings during handoff. Real-time collaboration reduces back and forth, version control issues are almost nonexistent, and integrations make it easy to plug Figma into the rest of the product development stack. The end result is better design quality delivered in less time.

  ### 6. Figma Makes Real-Time Collaboration Fast, Organized, and Effortless - But need some homework done!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayur M. | Quality Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Figma?**

What I like best about Figma is..
- How easy it makes collaboration between teams.
- Multiple people can work on the same design at the same time, and you can actually see the changes happening live.
- This really helps reduce heachache and avoids confusion around which version is the latest one.
- Compared to other design tools, this is a big goto feature.
- Another thing I like is that Figma is accessible from browser, meaning no heavy setup required. You can just log in and start working.
- Components, styles, and auto layout features are very useful and help maintain consistency across designs.
- You can configure clicks, link different screens, and even place the whole app flow into a single page. This gives a more clear and spread view of all the pages together, which is very helpful while reviewing user journeys.
- There is also no strict limit on the number of pages you can create, so managing large designs is not a problem.

Overall, it makes the design process faster and more organized.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Things I dislike about Figma is that..
- It can become a bit slow when working on very large files with many components and pages.
- Sometimes there is lag, especially when multiple people are editing at the same time.
- This can be slightly frustrating during peak collaboration.
- Also, for new users, some advanced features are not very easy to discover.
- You need time to explore or rely on tutorials to fully understand things like auto layout or variants.
- Offline usage is also limited, which can be an issue if internet connectivity is not stable.
- Another thing I dislike about Figma is that the initial experience can feel confusing, especially for first-time users.
- When you save a Figma file and share it with someone, opening it for the first time is not very straightforward. Once the page loads, you are presented with a lot of options, and many of them are not self understandable.
- Because there are many panels, tools, and settings on one screen, it becomes hard to immediately navigate to the actual prototype or design flow.
- For someone who is new or still learning the tool, this can feel overwhelming.
- It takes some time to understand where to click and how to focus only on the required pages or prototype.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Figma solves the problem of collaboration, design sharing, and version control in one place.
- Instead of sending files back and forth, everything stays updated in real time.
- Designers, developers, and product teams can all refer to the same source.
- This benefits me by saving time and making reviews easier.
- Feedback, design changes, and prototype checks can be done in one tool, which improves communication and speeds up the overall development process.

  ### 7. Seamless Real-Time Collaboration and Smooth Design-to-Dev Handoff

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jefersson B. | Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Figma’s biggest strength is its real-time collaboration. It lets designers, developers, and stakeholders work at the same time in a single file without running into version conflicts. Because it’s browser-based, it’s easy to access from anywhere, and tools like components, design systems, and shared libraries make it simpler to keep consistency across products. The design-to-development handoff also feels very smooth, which helps reduce miscommunication and speeds up implementation.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

With very large or complex files, performance can occasionally slow down, particularly when many collaborators are active at the same time. I also find that some advanced prototyping and animation capabilities are still limited compared with more specialized tools. In addition, certain useful features are locked behind paid plans, which can be a barrier for smaller teams.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma addresses collaboration and design handoff challenges by centralizing the entire design process in one shared workspace. It reduces version-control headaches and drawn-out feedback cycles by enabling real-time collaboration among designers, developers, and stakeholders. In my experience, this has noticeably cut down on miscommunication, sped up design iterations, and strengthened alignment between design and development. As a result, implementation moves faster, designs stay more consistent, and overall delivery timelines are shorter.

  ### 8. Revolutionary Design Tool with Seamless Real-Time Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam T. | Senior UX/UI Designer + Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Figma?**

It genuinely feels like this is the first design tool created by people who actually use it themselves. Everything updates in real time, everything stays in sync, and honestly, it almost seems like the tool can read my mind about 60% of the time. I can jump in, put together some wireframes, build out an entire flow, and share it instantly—no need to export a dozen PDFs or explain to someone that, no, you can’t click the blue button yet.

When it comes to collaboration, it’s as if Google Docs and Photoshop had a child, and that child turned out remarkably well-adjusted. I can see five people moving shapes around simultaneously, and somehow, everything just works—no chaos, no meltdowns. It honestly feels like a small miracle.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Some days, it feels like Figma decides to run as if it were made in 1998. When I try to drag a component or scroll through a large prototype, suddenly Figma just gives up and acts sluggish, as if saying, “Nope, I'm tired, figure it out.”

And the plugin store? Don’t even get me started. Half of the plugins are fantastic, but the other half seem like they were thrown together during a Taco Bell shift on someone’s phone.

As for variant management, it’s great once you finally understand it, but getting to that point is like trying to solve a Rubik’s Cube while someone keeps knocking it out of your hands.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finally—FINALLY—I can work on designs without hoarding files like some digital pack rat. One source of truth, no version hell, no “landing-page-final-FINAL-v3b.sketch” nonsense.
I collaborate with developers, writers, leadership, even that guy who wanders in and makes “suggestions.” They can all leave comments without derailing the whole thing.
And building prototypes is stupid simple—clients see how things actually move, not just stare at a JPEG and pretend to imagine it.
Basically, it lets teams work like a team instead of a bunch of strangers emailing screenshots at each other.

  ### 9. Effortless Real-Time Collaboration and Developer-Friendly Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vamshi B. | React js Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Figma?**

what i like most about Figma is how easy it is to collaborate with designers and teammates in real time. I can open designs directly in the browser, inspect component, check spacing, colors, and fonts without installing heavy software. The developer inspect mode is especially helpful for understanding UI details and translating designs accurately into code.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

For Every large design files, Figma can a bit slow sometimes. if the design system is not well organized, it can also be confusing to find the right components or screens. Another small issue is that advanced features are part of paid plans, which may not be needed for every project.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma Solves the problem of miscommunication between design and development. Instead of sharing static images or multiple versions. everyone works on the same file I use it daily to review UI designs, clarify doubts with designers, take screenshots for Jira tickets, and understand user flows. This reduces back-and-forth, saves time and helps me build UI that matches the design more accurately.

  ### 10. Seamless Cloud Collaboration and Intuitive Design Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aishee B. | Social Media Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Figma?**

1. Cloud-based collaboration allows for real-time co-editing with teammates, as well as the ability to leave comments and access version history.
2. The platform is cross-platform, functioning smoothly in browsers and across various operating systems without requiring heavy installations.
3. Its UI/UX focus makes it particularly strong for interface design, prototyping, working with components, and managing design systems.
4. The use of reusable components, along with shared libraries and styles, helps maintain consistency and supports scalability.
5. There is also a large ecosystem of plugins and integrations, including compatibility with tools like Slack, Jira, and FigJam.
6. Handoff to developers is straightforward, as they can directly inspect specifications, assets, and code snippets.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

The software relies heavily on a stable internet connection to function at its best. When working with very large files or projects containing numerous assets, I have noticed it can become sluggish. Additionally, the offline editing capabilities are quite limited and do not match the more robust features found in traditional desktop applications.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Traditional design tools like Adobe XD and Sketch are limited to single-user workflows, lacking real-time collaboration. In contrast, Figma enables multiple users to work together on the same file at the same time, much like Google Docs.

2. The handoff between design and development used to be a bottleneck, with developers often having trouble accessing accurate specifications and assets. Figma addresses this by providing developer inspection tools, downloadable assets, and code snippets directly from the design interface.

3. Many design tools were previously restricted to desktop applications or specific operating systems, such as macOS. Figma, being browser-based, is accessible across all major platforms, including Mac, Windows, Linux, and Chromebook.

4. Design systems were often fragmented, with teams using inconsistent components and styles. Figma helps maintain consistency by supporting shared libraries, reusable components, and design tokens.

5. Version control was a common headache for designers, who frequently dealt with confusing file names like "final_final_v3.sketch." Figma simplifies this with built-in version history and autosave, eliminating the need for manual file management.

6. Gathering feedback used to require sharing screenshots or exported files. Figma streamlines this process by allowing in-context commenting directly on the design itself.

  ### 11. Real-Time Collaboration and Flexibility Make Figma a Standout Design Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamal R. | Business Analyst, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Figma?**

I like Figma best for its real-time collaboration and cloud-based design environment. Multiple team members can work on the same design simultaneously, leave comments, and see changes instantly. Its intuitive interface, vector-based tools, and extensive plugins make designing UI/UX, prototypes, and graphics fast and flexible. Plus, being browser-based, it works on any device without installation, which is very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

While Figma is powerful, it has some drawbacks. Large or complex files can slow down performance, especially in browsers. Offline functionality is limited, so you need an internet connection for full features. Advanced prototyping or animation options are not as robust as specialized tools, and sometimes plugin compatibility or version control can be tricky with large teams.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma solves the problem of disjointed design workflows by providing a cloud-based platform where teams can collaborate in real time. It replaces the need for sending multiple design files back and forth, reduces version conflicts, and allows instant feedback through comments. This benefits me by speeding up the design process, improving team coordination, and enabling quick iterations on UI/UX, prototypes, and visual assets.

  ### 12. The Ultimate Collaborative Design Tool for Modern Creative Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bairon P. | Creative Editor Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Figma has truly revolutionized the way I collaborate on design projects. Its real-time collaboration capabilities are exceptional—no matter if I’m working alongside designers, copywriters, or developers, everyone can participate, leave comments, and iterate together in a single workspace. I really appreciate how seamless and intuitive the interface feels, making it simple to maintain brand consistency through components, shared libraries, and auto-layout. Since it’s cloud-based, I can access my work from anywhere without the hassle of syncing files or worrying about losing progress. The prototyping and handoff tools are also excellent, saving me significant time during reviews and development implementation.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Although Figma is almost ideal for the majority of my projects, its performance tends to decline when handling particularly large files or intricate prototypes. Additionally, while the plugin ecosystem is extensive, certain AI and automation features still seem somewhat basic, especially when compared to what Photoshop or Illustrator offer. Offline functionality is another area that could use improvement; I would really appreciate being able to work smoothly without an internet connection, particularly when I’m on the go.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma has completely streamlined our design workflow. Previously, we relied on several different tools for wireframing, mockups, and prototyping, which often led to version control problems and lengthy email chains. Now, every stage—from brainstorming to final handoff—takes place within a single platform. This shift has saved me countless hours each week and removed the hassle of managing multiple files. Presenting directly in Figma or FigJam has also improved our client communications and made feedback cycles much faster. For remote teams and cross-functional collaboration, it truly makes a significant difference.

  ### 13. Effortless, Powerful Design Workflow with Figma

What I appreciate most about Figma is the smoothness and efficiency of its design workflow. Having used Figma for a long time across various projects, I find it exceptionally user-friendly. It stands out as one of the top tools for web design simple, powerful, collaborative, and free to begin with. Overall, Figma provides the flexibility and speed I require as a designer.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

What I dislike about Figma is that sometimes it feels a bit slow when working on large files, especially with many layers. Since I use Figma regularly for web design, these small lags can interrupt my flow. Apart from that, I don’t have major complaints the tool is great overall

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma is solving one of the biggest problems every designer faces creating high-quality designs in less time. It gives me everything in one place: tools, icons, components, prototyping, and even presentations. As a designer, this makes my workflow super smooth because I don’t have to switch between multiple apps. Figma also makes team collaboration extremely easy. Whether it’s sharing my design, getting feedback, or presenting concepts, everything happens in real time. This saves me a lot of time and helps me deliver cleaner and more polished work. Overall, Figma feels like a golden opportunity for designers a single platform where I can design, present, collaborate, and finalize everything efficiently. It genuinely benefits me by boosting my speed, creativity, and productivity while keeping the entire process enjoyable and simple.

  ### 14. A Must-Have for Design Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Souptik D. | Co-Founder, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Figma?**

I love how smooth and fast Figma is, especially the real-time collaboration features that allow me to work with my team simultaneously without any waiting or version chaos. The design system features help maintain consistency by allowing me to create reusable components and store them in a library where changes are updated everywhere. The ability to set different states for components also makes it easy to demonstrate element behaviors. The plugins are incredibly useful, as they automate repetitive tasks and enable faster work, allowing me to focus more on the design itself. Despite being a web app, Figma runs like a desktop app with no lag. The onboarding process was supereasy with a clean and intuitive interface. Sharing designs for feedback is seamless, and it integrates well with other tools. It's reliable, fast, and facilitates excellent design and collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

A few things aren’t perfect. Large files can slow it down, especially on older devices. The file structure can get messy if not organized well. It’s not great for user research, I have to export to other tools. The interface has a lot of options, which can feel cluttered. It could be better in a few ways. Performance with large files is a big one slows down on older machines. File structure needs better organization tools to keep things clean. It would help if Figma had built-in user research features, so I didn’t have to switch tools. And a simpler, more focused interface would make it easier to use, especially for new designers.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Figma for designing interfaces, and building interactive prototypes. It streamlines collaboration with my team in real time, and its design systems maintain consistency, reducing manual updates. The plugins speed up work by automating tasks. It’s fast, reliable, and exceptional for design and collaboration.

  ### 16. Seamless Collaboration and Real-Time Design with Figma

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raida L. | Customer Support Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Figma?**

What I like most about Figma is how connected it keeps me to our product team. I can stay in the loop with their designs in real time, and the ability to click through interactive prototypes helps me understand their ideas quickly. It makes cross-team collaboration feel seamless and genuinely fun.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

The only thing I find challenging is the zooming and panning. When I try to zoom in on something specific, the canvas often moves around and I end up hunting for the frame I was looking at. It slows me down a little when I’m trying to review designs quickly.

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Figma's cloud-based nature means I can access my files from anywhere, whether on my laptop at the office or at home. Features such as Auto Layout, Component Variants, and Prototyping tools make it easy to create responsive, reusable designs. I also appreciate the plugin ecosystem — tools like Iconify, Autoflow, and Content Reel have simplified repetitive tasks.

The intuitive UI and built-in version control ensure that even complex projects stay well-organised and easy to track. Overall, it’s one of the most efficient platforms for collaborative UI/UX design.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

The main challenge I’ve noticed is performance on large-scale design files. When working with many artboards or high-fidelity components, the app tends to slow down, especially on lower-end laptops. Offline mode is still quite limited — something that becomes a hurdle when working during travel or unstable network conditions.

Additionally, while Figma excels in UI/UX workflows, it lacks advanced illustration and vector manipulation tools that Adobe Illustrator offers. For highly detailed iconography or branding visuals, I often have to switch tools. Finally, the pricing structure for professional or organizational features may feel steep for small teams or independent designers.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma has completely solved our collaboration and version control issues. Before adopting it, our team struggled with multiple design file versions, feedback delays, and long update cycles. Now, everyone — designers, developers, and clients — can comment, suggest, and review in one place in real time.

The platform also enforces design consistency through shared styles, components, and libraries. This ensures brand uniformity across all products and saves countless hours during UI revisions. The interactive prototyping feature allows me to present design flows directly to clients and development teams, reducing misunderstandings and speeding up approvals.

For my team, Figma has increased productivity, collaboration efficiency, and overall design quality. It’s now the central hub of our product design process — from ideation to final handoff.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Figma?**

I use Figma for wireframing, prototyping, sharing, and collaborating with my team. I really like the ability to quickly get feedback on designs and iterate on that feedback. It's great that Figma is the industry standard and keeps adding features continuously. The AI tools are good, and Figma Make allows designers to quickly spin up ideas into high-fidelity prototypes. The initial setup of Figma was very easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

I find Figma's performance not great, especially when the file is large. It just needs to be more performant.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and team collaboration. It helps me quickly get feedback on designs and iterate effectively. Figma Make is great for turning ideas into hi-fidelity prototypes quickly.

  ### 41. Game-Changer for UI/UX Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amar P. | SET-3, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Figma?**

Figma makes real-time collaboration effortless. Being able to design, prototype, and iterate with teammates in the same file—no matter where they are—is a huge productivity boost. The interface is clean and intuitive, and features like auto layout, components, and variants help maintain consistency across designs. Plus, it's cloud-based, so there’s no need to constantly upload or sync files.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

While Figma is incredibly powerful, it can get laggy with very large files or complex prototypes—especially in the browser. The learning curve around components, variants, and auto layout can be steep for new users. Also, its limited offline functionality can be a drawback if you're working without internet access.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma solves the problem of fragmented design workflows. Instead of juggling multiple tools for design, prototyping, and collaboration, everything happens in one place. It eliminates version control issues, streamlines feedback loops, and makes developer handoff much smoother. As a result, our team works faster, stays more aligned, and delivers higher-quality products with fewer delays.

What I appreciate most about Figma is how seamlessly it unites teams. Its real-time collaboration features, user-friendly interface, and cloud-based workflow make the processes of designing, reviewing, and iterating both smooth and efficient. With everything centralized, it's simple to keep components and designs consistent throughout.

**What do you dislike about Figma?**

Figma tends to slow down when working with large files, and I’ve noticed that certain important features still require the use of plugins.

**What problems is Figma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Figma addresses the problem of disjointed design workflows by unifying design, prototyping, and feedback in a single platform. This integration streamlines collaboration, removes version-control headaches, and accelerates the overall design process. As a result, I am able to work more efficiently, remain organized, and consistently produce high-quality designs.
