FieldStay is property operations software for short-term rental management, automating workflows like crew scheduling, turnover coordination, maintenance tracking, inventory management, vendor work orders, and guest communications. Its offline-capable crew app supports checklist completion, photo capture, and inventory tracking, syncing data when reconnected. Intelligent scheduling optimizes crew assignments by property familiarity, location, and workload. The vendor portal simplifies invoicing and payments without requiring app installation. Asset health monitoring offers daily appliance scores and ten-year replacement forecasts. RepuGuard drafts guest review responses for one-click posting. Personalized guest guidebooks provide door codes, WiFi, check-in instructions, and amenity recommendations, with optional sponsor placements for credits. Booking sync integrates with Airbnb and VRBO via iCal and integrations for syncing with OwnerRez, Hospitable, Hostex, and Hostaway.
