FieldSpoke puts a service business's whole day in one place. Drag a job across the weekly schedule and assignments, drive time and customer notifications update on their own. The dispatch map shows job sites, helping owners see where work is planned. Estimates convert to jobs in one click; invoices carry a Stripe payment link and reconcile automatically, with QuickBooks sync built in. Customers get a branded portal link where they can see upcoming visits and pay, with no app to install. Automatic "On My Way" texts tell customers when a technician is en route, and payroll-ready time tracking closes out the week. FieldSpoke is priced flat, not per seat. Every new account gets every feature free for 30 days with no credit card, then picks a plan or keeps the free-forever plan. Starter is $24/month for solo operators (up to 3 users), Team is $49/month for up to 15 people, and Business is $89/month with unlimited employees, route optimization and a crew dispatch board. The rate you sign up at is locked for life, with no add-on fees. Built for crews of one truck to ten, with native iOS and Android apps that work offline.
