One of the best things about using Fieldpoint is how easy it is to work with the developers **What do you dislike about Fieldpoint Service Applications?** The only thing about Fieldpoint is with a fully customizable software, the more you customize the more it could potentially break your system. Full testing scripts are needed to ensure that things will be working properly when you release any kind of change. **What problems is Fieldpoint Service Applications solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using Fieldpoint we were a company that utilized paper and offline spreadsheets. We now are able to see a more collective amount of all of our work orders, projects, and invoices that are being sent out through the software. ### 2. It has good functionality, provides decent reporting and has good support as well. **What do you dislike about Fieldpoint Service Applications?** Some modules and features were difficult to implement or were not implemented, and would require a change in our workflow and internal processes. Looking back in hind sight, would have been nice to have been told at the beginning of deployment about the many layers of configuration and setup. Having a more in depth discussions at that time might have led to better decisions on setup and deployment. **What problems is Fieldpoint Service Applications solving and how is that benefiting you?** A central place to keep all support related work, time, billing, notes and associated hardware.
