Offline field workflows synchronize when connectivity returns. Alex AI Copilot helps with workspace questions and photo-based troubleshooting guidance. Upload a field photo, such as a thermostat, and ask Alex for initial checks and a team handoff; technicians verify guidance against equipment documentation.
