**What do you like best about Wintac?**

The most valuable benefit during our time using Wintac was that we could purchase the program and host it on our servers at the time of purchase; this was the most cost-effective way for us, and cloud-based systems were too expensive at the time. The system has many different features, such as Inventory, Payroll and vehicle manager. We could not utilize the other parts, but the dispatching aspect was in-depth. When a service request would come in from an email, our dispatchers were able to create a work order in Wintac with all of the detailed information for each service request, such as their unique work order number and tracking numbers.  We also liked that we could create parent companies and add all the stores related to the parent company. This was a benefit when pulling reports for a specific parent company rather than individual stores. The system also allowed us to create and save multiple templates, which we could access and use quickly. The templates included procedures, pricing and instructions for each company. Another positive side of using wintac was the administrative ease.

**What do you dislike about Wintac?**

The downside of using Wintac now versus ten years ago is that it did not evolve with the times. Having field technicians time in and out and adding notes and pictures into a job is very important moving forward, and Wintac could not provide that. Information entered would go in, and we would send and assign calls and email them to the field tech. There was no function to integrate the mobile application in the field, which limited field techs' ability to have past information at their fingertips. The company being bought out and no longer supported put us in a position where we were forced to move to a different application. We also did not like tech support or customer service, there was no 24-hour service on their side, and we would have to wait for business hours if an issue arose. Many instances left us without a dispatching system and had to wait until the next business day or past the weekend.

**What problems is Wintac solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our time with Wintac solved our problem of tracking jobs, the details of each job, and who was assigned to that job. The dispatch board allowed us to store all our jobs and made it easier to find and dispatch a job to a technician. The reporting feature was also very in-depth and allowed us to pull reports based on technician, customer, or account manager. This allowed in-office staff to reconcile their jobs and cross-reference them with emails from each customer service request.

**What do you like best about Wintac?**

The way it records material and serial numbers and does reports on the equipment.  And, that it appears on each customer screen.  Also, that it posts to QB

**What do you dislike about Wintac?**

That it is no longer available and that the flat rate pricing search is difficult.

**What problems is Wintac solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used it for 22 years, I think, so most issues are resolved.  It does link to QB but we sometimes it is difficult to get them to match.  We have been very happy with it.

**What do you like best about Wintac?**

The schedule/dispatch view is handy. That's about it though.

**What do you dislike about Wintac?**

Just about everything!! It's super buggy if you have a large database of customers as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Wintac:**

Don't have to call customer support. They'll take forever and won't end up actually helping you. Hopefully you have some IT knowledge to help yourself out.

**What problems is Wintac solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dispatch and customer relations management.

Color coded dispatch board to differentiate sales non sales etc

**What do you dislike about Wintac?**

Hard data entry process system very slow not able to keep up with the amount of stuff being put in

**Recommendations to others considering Wintac:**

Be mindful of that it is kind of an older looking software it is very glitchy and crashes a lot it can be very useful if you know how to use all parts of it you will need a lot of training

**What problems is Wintac solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling problems like double booking over booking under booking it gave us a look into each day and which items need to to be filled

**What do you like best about Wintac?**

Wintac works admirably with keeping the majority of our clients data in a single spot and composed. Reports are incredible, I have such a great amount of data at the snap of a couple of catches.

**What do you dislike about Wintac?**

No real way to set up planned cautions on client based information, unfit to spare perspectives when taking a gander at various client data

**Recommendations to others considering Wintac:**

On the off chance that you are searching for a product to store customers and get some work arranges out unquestionably use there are a great deal of highlights to utilize. There are auto updates informing on the field mapping of occupations before they are set a ton of extraordinary things .

**What problems is Wintac solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Issues we are fathoming with wintac are client solicitations . With our current crm we don't have the capacities to get work requests and solicitations to customers to charge them with advantages we have relized are not exclusively would we be able to deal with charging customers we can hand fabricate plans everyday for our specialists we can follow the advancement or nature of offers with every tech with the interminable announcing choices we can store customers data we can twofold check for copy data in the framework everything becomes an integral factor on this application with a ton of examining
