FieldCommerce is AI-native field service management software for owner-operated pest control, lawn care, and other trade businesses. It runs the whole job from first request to paid invoice: scheduling and dispatch, route optimization, quotes, jobs, invoicing, payments, and a customer portal, with iOS and Android apps for technicians in the field. AI sits in the core workflow instead of a separate chat window. Customers can find and book participating businesses directly through AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude, and the booking lands in FieldCommerce as a real request or job. Customers can send photos and videos for estimates, technician voice notes are transcribed into the job record, and route planning uses real drive times to tighten each crew's day. Built for small crews that want to be live in a day, not six months. Key features include recurring service scheduling, team availability, route optimization with map view, photo and video estimates, online and in-person card payments including Tap to Pay, automated customer notifications, client and service history, and QuickBooks data import.
