Fieldario is cloud-based field service management software for cleaning companies, building service providers and mobile service teams in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. It connects customer inquiries, scheduling and dispatch, job management, mobile fieldwork, time tracking, invoicing and payroll preparation in one platform. Office teams can plan recurring jobs, assign staff by availability and skills, and track progress. Field workers can access daily jobs offline, complete checklists, capture photos and voice notes, and record working time through the mobile app. An AI inquiry assistant extracts information from customer messages and prepares replies and job drafts for staff review. The Operations Center and completion review help teams identify outstanding work and missing documentation before billing. Approved working hours support both customer invoicing and payroll preparation without duplicate entry. Fieldario supports XRechnung e-invoices validated with the KoSIT validator and DATEV-compatible CSV exports for payroll preparation.
