Field Risk OS™ is the operating system for expedition programs. Camps, outdoor education programs, and guide services get one system for the full trip lifecycle: planning, scheduling, briefing, in the field, returned, and debriefed. Trip templates hold the hard-to-keep institutional knowledge: trip itineraries, hazards with mitigations, staffing and certification requirements, and permit details. Trips deployed from a template inherit the details. A people directory tracks staff and participant profiles and certification expiration dates, and flags qualification gaps before departure. Pre-trip briefings, departure checklists, communication logs, incident reports, and post-trip debriefs are built into the workflow, so doing the work and recording it are the same step. Land use reporting for Forest Service, BLM, and NPS permits calculates participant-days and staff-days and exports to PDF or CSV. A mobile view lets field leaders log communications and incidents from a phone.
