What do you like best?

How robust the site is, and the many options it offers. Also, the possibility of running usage reports and quick response in case of issues either with the platform or with providers. The platform offers many different options that not many users are aware of, but help greatly both managing the workflow on the day of the service requested, and after it has been completed. What do you dislike?

Randomly the page may crash, but this doesn't happen very often. Also, in cases where the provider fail to get in touch, even if FN tries to reach, it might be impossible. Not something related to the platform, but inherent when working with service providers. I guess the selection pool could be improved, even though there are many options in many areas, there might be either locations or areas of expertise that are not widely covered, which makes finding the correct resource a difficult task sometimes. The flexibility to connect with trusted providers nationwide is the greatest benefit. Also, the problem resolution is excellent, so even if there are issues with providers, FN is quick to address our concerns. Having a wide array of providers on many different areas provides many options to chose from, which can't be overstated as it provides with the flexibility required.

Our clients may come to us with different types of request, but no matter the area they need to cover (be it geographical or knowledge wise) we can rely on FN to have a robust selection of trusted vendors that we can work with. Field Nation Overview

What is Field Nation?

Field Nation provides a solution allowing companies to source, manage, and engage an on-site workforce. The Field Nation Marketplace is full of highly skilled contract technicians in dozens of industries, ready to get work done. With Field Nation companies can search for technicians across the country, post work orders, and manage projects. Companies can also use Field Nation to manage their entire workforce from W2 employees and vendors to contract technicians from the Marketplace. Field Nation allows clients to post work to the Field Nation Marketplace. Within minutes technicians request to complete the work. Clients are matched with top service providers in the work area and choose who to assign the work to. Once assigned, service providers complete the work following direction from the client. Service providers confirm arrival, mark “on my way,” upload photos from the job site, and mark tasks complete. After the job is complete, clients review and approve the work order. Once approved, Field Nation handles the rest: paperwork, payment, and tax documentation are all handled through the platform.

What do you like best?

The ease of putting WO out.

The ease of picking up my providers for the WO's placed on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Needing to go back and forth between the WO without knowing when a provider accepts or requests a WO and/or Counter without going to the Flight board. would be nice to see at the end of WO and show a Status of Request/Counter of WO Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Easy to filter and find what you need, very user friendly app. Even with no tech knowledge you can find exactly what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Nothing I would improve at this time. Maybe less updates that get confusing. Kinda feels like an apple phone some days. Updates every few weeks. I do not like the multiple buckets either, and I wish managers got pinged when work orders go unapproved for too long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I love the layout of the platform and the ease at which it can be utilized. I am able to run 80% of my business just from the Field Nation platform alone. Work Market and the others just can't beat it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
