Field Invoice is a free invoice generator built for contractors and small service businesses. Instead of adapting a generic template, users start from trade-specific line items for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, and 14 other trades and service businesses, then download a clean PDF invoice in seconds. No signup is required to start. It's designed for solo operators and small crews who need to bill clients professionally but don't need a full field-service platform with scheduling and dispatch. The first three invoices are free, and anyone can save up to three clients. After that, users can pay $9 per additional invoice or subscribe to Pro for $7/month, which adds unlimited invoices, their logo on every invoice, saved business details, unlimited saved clients, and quick-refill that pre-fills a new invoice from a client's last one. Subscribers can restore access on any device with their email and cancel anytime.
