What do you like best about Field Effect MDR?

Rapid response with the simplicity. Also, Already having the documentation to address the ARO is time saving! Really simple to implement in your environment. The reply from the team is also great. You are not left alone. Around once an hour the closed area will be checked, so if something was missing, a new ARO is opened. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Field Effect MDR?

There is no real way to split different location. It all come into a single tenant. The other option is multiple tenant which is not ideal for a single company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A valuable partner in watching our systems and networks for suspicious activity and threats"
5/5
What do you like best about Field Effect MDR?

Having an automated set of digital "eyes" on our servers, computers, and networks is a game changer. In this day and age it's become a necessity. The software watches for bad or out of date software, suspicious computer or network activity, suspicious logins to microsoft 365 and compromised email accounts. The support team has been fantastic to work with as well, both from the initial setup and implementation of the solution to just working through issues or questions as they arise from the generated AROs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Field Effect MDR?

So far we haven't found anything to dislike as this has been a great solution. I don't deal on the price side, but I imagine for some companies it may be hard to justify a price increase for a new solution, but some companies just say that about standard antivirus. But it's needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Field Effect MDR Review"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Field Effect MDR?

• As a small MSP, I like the 24/7 SOC. It's helped a few different times to protect us from threats on user accounts.

• A security platform with a built in solution allows for even the most junior of staff to be able to remove Malware and address security concerns before escalations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Field Effect MDR?

• The amount of ARO' can be unbearable for a small organization with lots of clients. It feels like you need a dedicated professional to just monitor and review alerts.

• Sometimes when you ask for support on an ARO, the answer you get is the same information that was already shared. Thus - leading to Field Effect to escalate internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Field Effect MDR Review"
4/5
What do you like best about Field Effect MDR?

Field Effect MDR helps enhance our security presence by effectively securing endpoints 24/7, which when combined with Field Effect's SOC, allows us to improve existing policies and procedures, as well as implement new security pieces. Field Effect MDR is easy to deploy via Intune, which ensures devices are protected from the moment they are provisioned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Field Effect MDR?

Field Effect MDR's support portal can be difficult to navigate at times, and the volume of alerts can be overwhelming. Field Effect's support agents are generally very helpful, but sometimes do not provide enough information to effectively investigate certain tickets that come up. Super simple to read the alerts in realtime. We love Covalence!

At Infinite IT Solutions, we prioritize the security of our clients and our own operations. Since integrating Field Effect’s Covalence into our cybersecurity framework, we have experienced a significant enhancement in our security posture.

Covalence has proven to be an invaluable asset, providing us with the peace of mind that our digital environment is well-protected.

Unparalleled Protection and Peace of Mind

Covalence stands out as a comprehensive cybersecurity solution that addresses the multifaceted challenges of modern cyber threats. Its ability to monitor and protect our systems in real-time has been nothing short of impressive. The platform’s advanced threat detection capabilities ensure that potential vulnerabilities are identified and mitigated before they can cause any harm. This proactive approach has been instrumental in safeguarding our business and our clients’ data.

User-Friendly and Efficient

One of the most remarkable aspects of Covalence is its user-friendly interface. The platform is designed to be intuitive, making it easy for our team to navigate and utilize its features effectively. The detailed alerts and reports provided by Covalence are clear and actionable, enabling us to respond swiftly to any potential threats. This efficiency has significantly reduced the time and effort required to manage our cybersecurity operations.

Comprehensive Coverage

Covalence offers a holistic approach to cybersecurity, covering a wide range of endpoints and network devices. This extensive coverage ensures that no part of our digital infrastructure is left unprotected. The platform’s integration with other security tools, such as Defender and Azure, further enhances its effectiveness, providing a robust defense against cyber threats.

Exceptional Customer Support

Field Effect’s commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in their exceptional support services. Whenever we have had questions or needed assistance, their team has been prompt and knowledgeable in their responses. This level of support has been crucial in maximizing the benefits of Covalence for our organization.

Almost Too Good to Be True

The performance of Covalence has exceeded our expectations in every aspect. It is almost too good to be true how seamlessly it integrates into our existing systems and enhances our security measures. The platform’s innovative features and reliable performance have made it an indispensable part of our cybersecurity strategy.

When you consider the cost of it as compared to our previous stack, the financial difference is negligible. The fact that Covalence licensing is based on users, this means everything in the environment is covered without worrying about device or cloud licensing. We love the simplicity in the licensing model which makes it that much more cost effective.

Field Effect’s Covalence has been a game-changer for Infinite IT Solutions. It has provided us with the tools and confidence to protect our business and our clients effectively. We highly recommend Covalence to any organization looking for a reliable and comprehensive cybersecurity solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Field Effect MDR?

Sometimes the alerts take longer than I'd like to arrive, but that is me being picky. They usually arrive in near real time but there are times it may take a few minutes before you get them. That doesn't mean the software isn't doing what it should. You are still protected. I had to put something in this field so if there was one thing I could pick on is the delay via email. "Great all in one MDR"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Field Effect MDR?

how it doesnt only capture what is on the endpoint it will also capture your network side and m365 side aswell. They check for Email security they also send insightful alerts, very easy to use, and implement and integrate to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Field Effect MDR?

I wish FE for partners there was a better streamlined service for what email address gets the alerts instead of having to add someone into the portal as a user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Have been using Covalence with my security team for almost a year"
4/5
What do you like best about Field Effect MDR?

Covalence by Field Effect is a small agent that report to the cloud the state of the endpoints in real time. Field Effect provide Vulnerable software list that is collect by the agent which is very helpful along side Defender, Azure and Covalence agent alerts that are detiled and helpful for the security team. The system has on prem and a web interface that are easy to use. Theire Customer Support is very resposive and mostly we found the system hands off which is great if you have small to medium compeny with limited security stuff as Field Effect do the heavy lifting in detection and alerting. Our security stuff are using it daily and for the most part are very happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Field Effect MDR?

Although Covalence is using real time agent, the vulnerable software list they create is generated from some sort of a collective database that is not updated in real time, it takes time for the database to update. Another feature that is missing, and would have taken Covalence to the next level in the security indiestry if they had it, is the ability to connect via command line to the live agent (cmd/powershell) for basic trubleshooting/install uninstall and local logs collection. Other securty vendors have it (Sophos live responds to name a few) and I do wish Field Effect will consider adding that feature in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
