I find Fidelity Private Shares extremely helpful for cap table management. It's the first online platform that has accurately captured our cap table, and I'm very excited about this. One of the things I find a bit lacking is the modeling tools for scenario analysis. They do have modeling tools, but from my understanding, it's more useful once you have a deal firmed up and know what your planned offer is, rather than being used for exploring different scenario analyses. I like that Fidelity Private Shares is very quick and efficient. I have been a Fidelity Investment customer for sometime. When I launched my startup I was excited to find out that Fidelity offered a Private-Shares investment program for startup companies. I like how easy everything is, and their customer service is top notch. I can call from anywhere - domestic or international, free of charge. There's always someone to help. Placing orders and navigating my way around is totally simple. Sometimes I use it a few times a week; other times I might not use it but once or twice a month.
