Fidélitas is a digital loyalty card and customer retention software for local businesses: cafés, restaurants, snack bars, bakeries, hair salons, barbers, shops and gyms in France and Switzerland. Customers scan a QR code at the counter and add the loyalty card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in about 20 seconds, with no app to download. Staff add stamps or points in two seconds from a phone with the Counter app. Two plans, per location: - Essential (EUR 19.99 / CHF 25 per month): fully branded Apple Wallet and Google Wallet card, stamps or points with reward tiers, printable sign-up QR code, Counter app, customer feedback survey and Google rating tracking, customer records and CSV import, dashboard. Up to 100 customers. - Pro (EUR 39.99 / CHF 40 per month): everything in Essential with unlimited customers, plus automated messages that bring customers back (lapsed customers, birthdays, reward almost reached, unused rewards), campaigns by Wallet notification, email (5,000 emails included per month) and optional prepaid SMS, referral program, customer segments, advanced analytics (busiest hours, cohorts, revenue, best customers), Monday summary email, unlimited staff accounts, multiple locations and brands, API and webhooks, 24/7 AI assistant. Monthly with no minimum term, or up to 15% off when prepaying 12 months. 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Available in French, German and English. GDPR and Swiss FADP compliant: separate opt-ins, one-click unsubscribe, data export and deletion.
