FidelicAI is a boutique staffing agency that places AI workers with small businesses. Instead of asking an AI chatbot one question at a time, a business hires a Fidelic agent by the role and gives it responsibility for a defined body of work. The catalog includes fourteen production Fidelic agents across finance, operations, marketing, sales, research, and customer work. An owner can hire one for a Day Pass, a Sprint, or a Monthly Retainer. A Day Pass produces one defined work product. A Sprint covers a project made of connected work products. A Monthly Retainer keeps the function on watch with its working context intact. Rates are published by agent, with no credits, seats, activity meters, or surprise overages. Fidelic agents read the sources an owner approves, handle internal requests and scheduled work, watch relevant outside events, and report completed work through Slack, WhatsApp, or Microsoft Teams. Slack provides the shared team view. WhatsApp carries compact owner briefings and decisions. Microsoft Teams supports work inside an approved Microsoft 365 environment. Each agent profile states the work products, integrations, response window, quality controls, limits, and approval boundary. The owner can audit the result and keep consequential decisions in human hands. External or binding actions require owner approval. Licensed decisions remain with the relevant professional. FidelicAI is designed for operators at services firms, agencies, coaching businesses, nonprofits, and small software companies with teams of 1 to 15 people. It is for people who have already used general AI tools and want the work completed by an employee hired for the role, without having to assemble and maintain the system themselves. FidelicAI replaces some repetitive knowledge work. It does not replace professional judgment, legal authority, account ownership, or the owner's responsibility for final decisions.
