**What do you like best about FICO Falcon Fraud Manager?**

I like the way Falcon help bank to safe guard customer's account if it find anything suspicious whether it's unusual spending or unauthorized visa token register again customer card on VISA

**What do you dislike about FICO Falcon Fraud Manager?**

I have been using Falcon for 2 years, I find it odd despite tagging fraud on selected transaction on previous customer account. It release the payment on other customer account for the same transaction. It should stop all the fraud transaction even if customer give consent for the same.

**What problems is FICO Falcon Fraud Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Falcon is providing support by highlighting potential fraud transaction and blocking account by N1 code. It stop all the online payment and the customer is notified about the block by sms.
