FichMe is a time tracking and attendance software built for Spanish SMEs to meet the mandatory work-hour registration required by RD-ley 8/2019. Employees clock in and out from a mobile app (iOS and Android), any web browser, or a shared tablet kiosk with a personal PIN, with optional GPS geolocation and geofencing for on-site and field teams. FichMe also covers shift scheduling, vacation and absence management, break tracking, and one-click legal reports exported to PDF and Excel — inspection-ready and retained for the four years the law requires. It needs no hardware, sets up in minutes, offers Spanish-language support, and starts at €7/month, making compliant digital time tracking affordable for small teams.
