Fibrin Technologies, Inc. (formerly Tactik Technologies, Inc.) builds Fibrin, the system of record for revenue contracts. We work with AI, developer-infrastructure and usage-based SaaS companies whose deals keep changing after they’re signed: prepaid commitments, credits, overages and mid-term amendments. Fibrin keeps each deal on one contract record from quote to invoice to renewal, so finance bills on the terms that were signed. The name comes from the Latin fibra, fiber. One strand on its own doesn’t hold much; woven together, strands carry real weight. Founded in 2024 and based in San Francisco. Renamed from Tactik to Fibrin in October 2026.
