Fibery is an extremely flexible tool, there is clearly a great work in the decision of which features to implement and how. I think they get right the "tool for everyhing but not configurable by everyone". Fibery works on European hours, so its a little bit more difficult to get day-of reply if you're looking for help after noon EST (probably more difficult for a company in California). I wish it were easier to create repeatable tasks (that happen, for example, three times a day).
