## Fibery Reviews
 ### 1. Deceptively sophisticated tool hidden behind a clean, pleasing interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dax P. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Being able to construct flexible databases with straightforward relationships is very useful. It may not look it at first, but Fibery is a deceptively sophisticated tool hidden behind a clean, pleasing interface. I think their UX people did a good job of making it feel accessible and easy. And fun. (I don't remember the last time I thought of any data tool as "fun"!)

I had tried Coda, Notion, and a bunch of other similar tools, but the problem always was that it felt like a system built by others. With Fibery, it feels like the opposite. I build the system, and it just provides an interface to work with my data.

Last, but definitely not least, their support is just plain awesome! It is a joy to not only talk to a real person at a moment's notice but to have them give you meaningful help is very useful.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

I think it needs further customization capabilities. Right now, there are too few options to customize the views - especially cards and lists, as well as the main entity editing view which feels very visually asymmetric because all fields go into a single column. Feels even more so when you don't have an important Description or Comments fields.

I'd also want more capabilities in the reporting, like support for maps out-of-the-box, and filtering of data within filtered data (at the column level, for example). I'd also like a Dashboard view where a bunch of reports and other elements could be put together for a single-glance view.

**Recommendations to others considering Fibery:**

I highly recommend giving it a shot for several days at least. There are lots of little things you may not notice at first, the but more you work with it, the more sophisticated the tools feel.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I initially moved our high-level planning into Fibery so I could have a space to organize my thoughts and transform them into a concise roadmap for our software. But the more I used Fibery, the more ideas I had on moving other things and giving them their own "systems". The linking between different data sets proved to be VERY helpful. I'm a data-nerd so I love this stuff, but the UX was so cool and clean that others on the team saw it and wanted it too which was a first. So we ended up moving all our marketing, basic accounts, and a bunch of other things. We're now even moving our Documentation/Manual writing into Fibery and will build a small tool with their API to pull that data and compile it.

Here's my bottom line: as a small business, we started building our own tools because buying 10 different SaaS subscriptions a month for multiple users is too much for us. Also, every SaaS didn't exactly do what we wanted. We had to force our data to work within THEIR system. And pay for it. With Fibery, I was able to move more than half of those custom tools into a single one. Paying that single fee is a LOT more affordable. Not having to maintain our own small tools is an added bonus.

 ### 2. Totally biased CEO :)

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oleksandr S. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

- I can call a spade a spade (instead of having User Story to be container for anything) so to decompose knowledge/subject area
- I can fully implement S/PDLC with one tool and tightly integrated with custom ontology
- I use only entities, attributes and relations I need, no UI cluttered with pre-scriptions
- all people share same workspace: recruiters, hr, pm, ba, qa, dev, accountant, biz-dev
- since 2006 I'm biased with everything Dubakov writes and does :)

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

- slow development speed :P almost everything I dislike is already addressed in backlog and I'm just waiting it's completion (building blocks, polymorphic relations, entity-level permnissions, etc)
- no mobile app

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- ATS, applicant tracking system
- HRIS, Human Resource Information System
- HRM and people development
- CRM, Customer Relationship Management
- Project and Product development
- Knowledge management (starting and adopting)

 ### 3. Too cool and too flexible

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

It is a flexible tool for building custom workflows, boards and in general implementing many scenarios for my projects.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

1. I feel I don't like Fibery's way working with tables and databases
2. Things are easy when you start, but when you create lots of entities, it becomes hard to maintain them
3. Overall I believe Fibery is too flexible which is both a stength and a weakness

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are many things I am doing in Fibery. Keeping track of some of my personal or work projects and building custom workflows over these. Being able to quickly review status of various projects. Building a knowledge base and linking different entities. Keeping notes. Sharing read only write ups.

 ### 4. Perfect tool for Teams collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olena S. | Head of Retention, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

1. Linking between Databases in every process. We can understand connections and relations between different Entities to see the whole journey.
2. Super easy way to create Views. Adjusting the Fields, adding grouping and sorting is just as simple as it should be.
3. Very supportive Team and real changes, based on Customer feedback. You literally can see how the product is improving and small but cool features are added almost every week. Webinars are also very helpful and full of tips.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

So far - nothing! I hope Fibery Team will succeed in keeping the product simple, but powerful.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Connecting context between Team and departments
2. Tracking relations and dependencies of tasks
3. Knowledge base sharing
4. Task managing and understanding TODOs

 ### 5. Future replacement for most of your tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eugene V. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

We have been using Fibery since 2019. The problem with current project management tools is customization. We used to use JIRA+Confluence, Asana, Trello. We had to align our process based on the available functionality of the existing tools. Fibery solved this problem. Currently, we use standard spaces from the standard library and created several custom ones. We moved general docs, HR, vacation tracking, RnD and project management to Fibery.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

The pros of customization are also the cons. You need to do an overview of your organization and think about how to align departments with spaces in Fibery. In our case complexity of a setup was not a problem, but need to have it in mind. The documents feature is not as convenient as in Confluence. We use docs a lot. It's not possible to attach files to documents. Fibery provides basic formatting capabilities. Recently they announced the "blocks" feature. Hope it will make the docs feature better.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Fibery for:
- General public documentation for employees (Confluence replacement)
- HR (Confluence replacement)
- Vacations (Confluence replacement)
- Project management with development boards and time tracking (JIRA, Asana, Trello replacement)
- Employees one-on-ones and salary reviews (Google docs replacement)
- Test engine for the QA department (Zephyr replacement)

 ### 6. Finally an app that let's you manage your data your way

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vojtěch . | Co-founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

When using other apps for Kanban/CRM/DMS whatever else, you end up (at least to some amount) conforming your process to the software provided. Specific types of cards, buttons you don't need, etc. etc... Not with Fibery! Everything is customizable, clean and efficient. Structured data combined with unstructured ones, wonderful for anything from running a business to organizing your cookbook. I love it!

Also the company is very open and provides wonderful support.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Even though I have ideas for some specific features, the Fibery team has proven several times they have a clear direction towards which they steer their product, and they surprise me with things I didn't know I needed until I saw them and better solutions than I could've envisioned. I dislike I'm not future me and I cannot use features from the future now! :D

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task management, CRM, research topics, knowledge base, scheduling and meeting notes keeping, long-term and short-term planning, and more

 ### 7. A versatile toolkit to formalise and automate your business processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sébastien P. | Head of Online & Data Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Fibery is the only tool I've found that allowed us to not make any compromise on modeling and implementing our business processes. At its core lies a powerful knowledge graph-like database, that is as easy to edit as a spreadsheet, but offers better consistency. The data can be presented in many different ways, from Trello-like cards to Monday-like roadmaps, which makes it straightforward to create familiar views that users instantly understand how to use.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Due to its versatility, Fibery can be a bit daunting at first, but looking at the product roadmap, it is something that the team is aware of and working on.

**Recommendations to others considering Fibery:**

If you want a tool that adapts to your processes, instead of a tool that you need to adapt your process to, then Fibery is probably the best tool around.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibery helped us implement our SDLC process with end-to-end traceability, all within the same tool, with each artifact linked to the other, where other tools like Jira constantly forced us to find workarounds and compromise on our target state. Fibery's flexibility helped us continuously review our processes and make quick changes to the model, which lead to continuous improvement in the way we work. As our organisation matures, so will our processes, and Fibery's versatility will help us support that growth and change.

 ### 8. This tool helps me to handle anxiety.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lena D. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

The first management tool for a startup (and the last one). The flexibility of Fibery blew my mind. I set up the first processes for my small company and even made the MVP of the product.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

I like everything. Fibery surprises me in every release. The new panels' design worked well even in the beta version.

**Recommendations to others considering Fibery:**

Every minute spent understanding how Fibery works will convert to the process quality and peace of mind in the future.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to visualize everything from different points of view brings me many insights every week, helps to separate the important things and focus then. Whenever I start worrying about releases and deadlines, I create a particular view, and the problem becomes doable.

The main feeling Fibery brings to my daily routine is the confidence that we will cope with the goals.

 ### 9. Very well thought and flexible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Concept of database and views with many pre defined field and views.
Capability to script and perform some automations.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Not that I don't like but more using the API is not straightforward: getting an authorisation token is washy washy. The use of API parameters is not easy at first glance, I had some trouble following the guide not being an admin of my Fibery site.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corporate Information and Knowledge base, collaborate.

 ### 10. Awesome Way to Structure your Company's Workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michele B. | Amministratore, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

I like that there are clear ways to get data in, and then you can use it all around Fibery, aggregate it, create reports and have clear views for anything you wish. You can also easily create documents and knowledge bases that will be part of the workflow, as well as whiteboards that can have both scribblings and blocks, as well as actual parts of your fibery process.
As long as you know what you want to do, you can do it in Fibery.
The core product seems very solid and well built.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

It's still a very young product so there's a lot of work ahead to have more templates, polished features etc. It's not so much a dislike as it is a given with any new product.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am creating a workflow for my company, to keep track of things as well as increase efficiency. Fewer things slip through the cracks and it's much easier to work.

 ### 11. A new way of thinking about project/product/platform management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John A. | President, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Fibery is a great collaboration tool that combines the best of google docs, diagram apps, flow chart apps, referential databases, todo lists, and other tools that are critical to the product development process.

We have used it for product roadmap, crypto project management, and other software projects. In many cases it replaces much more expensive and complex software and has created a much smoother workflow for our geographically dispersed team that has varying skillsets in tools like Jira and Asana.

Fibery makes the complex simple in many cases and we've made it do some unholy things that I am sure we will regret later, always the sign of a good tool!

The team behind it is also fantastic. They communicate constantly, are open when things go wrong, have a great sense of humor, and support / enhance their product with passion.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

File management is pretty bad. You can't just upload and link files or have any sort of directory schema or embed attachments in docs. To embed files you have to create a database, add a file to an entry, and link that entry? its really cumbersome.

Thats my only complaint and its not a big one, Fibery is not a file storage service.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for interesting product management workflows, where you can link disparate content types and entries together to get a better view of what you are doing and working on.

We have also used it as a content management tool for a game we built. The API allows for content authors to seamlessly integrate with backend game systems and infrastructure. Huge time saver!

Finally, we use it for Project Management for some small software projects.

 ### 12. Fantastic product, loving all the automations!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

I love the automation and how customizable it is. I've built entire workflows around Fibery and making it the source of truth.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

It can be a bit overwhelming and there could be more granularity in what you can do with the APIs. It takes some figuring out and experimenting to get things to work.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Process and workflow to make sure people are doing agile well and right our way. It also opens up visibility for managers to get a high level overview of what's happening.

 ### 13. Make yourself learning about your business processes with the flexible project management software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georgy P. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

I was forced to learn how to organize things and processes through the creation of custom apps and structuring the data using Fibery. I managed to set up CRM, Product sprints and Milestones and a bunch of other processes that I've never thought of before. I see now that things and our team communication are going smoother using Fibery and that we've managed to reduce the number of tools for our PM cycle.
I was personally inspired by Fibery support team and their dedication.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Fibery is a little bit complex for new users and it requires some dive-in. It's continuously developing and the user experience regarding some apps and features inside Fibery might be a bit painful. Like writing docs or working with tables or copying the passwords to paste in some input (***) that are copied with the space at first symbol (if you are getting stuck with your password, you keep in your fibery docs, just refer to this review). But it's small compared to the benefits Fibery provides.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- CRM setup and customization
- get rid of Jira
- improve communications within the engineering team
- slight automatization of some document workflows

 ### 14. Fibery rocks!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vasilii A. | Head of Engineering & Technology, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

The flexibility of the processes and data you could set up on your own from scratch or using provided templates. Also, Polina is amazing! Our whole company lives in Fibery.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

There is no mobile app yet. Also, there is a steep learning curve in the very beginning. And sometimes very basic features are missing. And you have to take into account that there is a risk of relying heavily on a service created by a startup.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Fibery for product, development, culinary, finance, HR, and so on. It helps us to keep all collaboration in one place. But you need a set of champions who will take ownership of different apps.

 ### 15. Fibery - great tool for our early stage startup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** German M. | CTO, Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

The ability to have a full lineage of user feedback -> ideas -> product features -> development tasks is truly giving our work an unprecedently clear flow. Though it takes some time to learn, the patience is well worth it!

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

The tool is clearly freshly baked and is missing pieces here and there. One thing that I dislike is how basic whiteboarding is, without being able to bend arrows connecting objects. Not a dealbreaker, but would be nice to have more flexibility in the tool that's intended to be the flexible one!

Also would be good to have a Zenhub integration, which sits on top of Github - seems like some of the issues created via ZH are not sinking with Fibery correctly through the default integration

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Information lineage in product development
- The team is clear as to where ideas and features come from
- I don't have to use 5 tools to manage information

 ### 16. Very Powerful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hoang D. | Head of Donation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

A powerful software that have the potential to replace most software in your team

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Can't replace Slack yet
Document editing is still needs to improve.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product Management, Human Management, Knowledge Management

 ### 17. The next gen way to handle business processes and work together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dimitri S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Fibery is what you get when you combine the best parts of Airtable and Coda. All your company processes in one place + powerful integration and automation without code.

- Beautiful data relationships: bi-directional linking that works like you would expect it, instantly connect data to anywhere in your workspace
- Good for both structured data (tables, kanban, etc.) and unstructured data (documents, comments, etc.)
- Completely adaptable to how you work: whether you (or your team) prefers to work in Excel-like tables, Kanban boards, lists, Miro-like whiteboards, or Notion/Coda-like documents each can set up something similar in Fibery and it all connects

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

These aren't really "dislikes", but you can't have an extremely customizable workspace without increasing the setup complexity somewhat.

- Has a learning curve: you really need to play around with it for a few hours and watch some of their YouTube videos before it "clicks"
- Small native integration marketplace (so far): the basics are there like Slack, etc. and you can get very far by using Zapier or Integromat
- Wish there was a short best-practices video for space/database design

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a business automation and integration agency. So we've created and improved all kinds of business workflows. Google Sheets, Airtable, Click Up, etc. they all get to a certain point where they can't handle additional complexity - or adding additional complexity requires hacky workarounds which create instability. But not Fibery - we've been able to implement all kinds of crazy workflows using the built in views, automations and integrations.

 ### 18. A great tool for knoledge management and integrated work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver P. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Customizing the data, views, cards, and how I can interconnect documents with each other and with the data. We also use the API to connect Fibery with our communication tool and the built-in synchronization with Github.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Since the product is a bit young there are still a few missing or raw features like the whiteboard and there are a few moments where the server gets slow.

**Recommendations to others considering Fibery:**

If you develop complex products and have in your team someone that's good with configuring software I definitely recommend Fibery. Even if it doesn't have all the features you need right now, the fact that you're adding interconnected information will pay off sooner than later. I'll also recommend keeping your databases simple and adding detail as you need.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking the product's development, writing and organizing documents, planning and connecting everything seamlessly. With this level of interconnection, we've found that people in the team get more organized because they can have all the info they need within reach using the double linking feature. Also, the customization of the cards and views allows us to quickly show the team what's needed for each specific situation.

 ### 19. A great tool to let you build what your business needs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bruce O. | President/CTO

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

You can build anything in Fibery - a kanban board, a ticketing system, surveys, whatever your team needs. And you can interconnect these apps to share data and produce workflows that support your business. The team pays close attention to detail and is committed to solving the problems that competing tools haven't yet addressed. Love this product and the team that builds it!

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Right now, the learning curve is a little steep and there isn't enough of a "first run experience" to make it easier to learn and build. The team has been working to fix this, but you should know that it will take some dedicated effort to learn how to build inside Fibery. Once you are over that hump, the sky is the limit. :)

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product research
Kanban Board
Ticketing system
Inspiration board
Customer Relationship Management
Wiki/Knowledge Base
Insight Management
OKR Management
KPI Dashboard

 ### 20. Worth the effort

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody Y. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Fibery can probably model exactly what you have in mind. The more I learn about this software's capabilities, the more I am astounded. Once fluency is achieved, enter nirvana

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

There is so much more about the program I probably don't know about yet. That being said, I have neglected to go along to the monthly onboarding sessions or use the other resources Fibery has available to teach people the advanced features

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company's organisation structure, sales funnel, product roadmap, weekly and daily tasks, and my private projects and non-work lists of things to do are all accounted for in one space

 ### 21. Easy to configure low code system for team collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Valentyn B. | Delivery Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Easiness of linking different types of data and creating new ones is astonishing. Simplicity of integration with other systems also helps to build in Fibery into existing software landscape.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

It would be great to add the ability to create dashboards that help to reach all the apps which are needed for specific roles inside Fibery. More granular user permissions could be also beneficial.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were organizing the management activities of the retail organization. The previous system was difficult to configure to introduce new processes. Fibery helped a lot.

 ### 22. Great Customizable Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

You can start simple and bring in complexity later to meet your workflow as you like.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

steep learning curve and the fields on the right side of entities

**Recommendations to others considering Fibery:**

If you need a flexible solution which can be customized to your needs, fibery is the right product for you. The UI in entities is strict and not very customizible. If you can work with this limitation, Fibery will be your last and only choice.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our brain of the company and is highly integrated

 ### 23. Fibery is a killer app for federating work processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikael K. | Senior Mad Scientist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Fibery is a "platform of platforms", an environment where you can connect, coordinate, prototype, and scale both your end-to-end orchestration and your strategy-to-execution loops.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

There is no showstopping lack of functionality in Fibery, but (a) it is a bit of a hassle to set up two-way integrations with other services, and (b) I would love to have Miro-level whiteboarding in Fibery, either by connecting actual Miro boards to Fibery Spaces or upping the built-in whiteboards to Miro-level of functionality.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibery allows me to break the silos between business processes either by replacing them with Fibery Spaces or connecting them through integrations. This is an organizational quantum leap because Fibery can be used to federate autonomous teams!

 ### 24. All-in-one project management / HR / CRM / Design software that scale with your company needs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis-Félix C. | Creative director / Project management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

No code interface that let you setup your workspace the way you want. You don't need to use multiple solutions for communication/HR/Whiteboard/project management, etc. Everything is connected in one place.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Miss some features like dependencies in timeline, forms and mind mapping, but this is a little drawback for what you get. Devs add new features every months and it's on the road to perfection

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Be able to adapt our workflow depending of our needs. Link the design doc with the project management.

 ### 25. Fibery is innovative and AWESOME

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Very flexible, and very intuitive once you get the hang of it.

It lets create your needed structure in a short time. What else is needed?

We used other tools before, this one lets you connect all the relevant processes with ease.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

They are relatively new, and it will take time to bring all the things into fruition.

Mobile app,
RTL support
Specific entity permissions.

Yet, from my experience, those guys are working hard, and have good execution, I believe that they will solve everything in due time.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am using Fibery to maintain various processes in my company. From product -> R&D process to bugs tracking. It enables us to get visibility and to connect various departments seemlessly.

 ### 26. A software to run a company with

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darafei P. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Fibery is amazingly flexible. If you know what you're doing and can imagine yourself writing a spec for relational database to implement it, you will configure the thing in just a couple clicks to be a readymade app for your thing. If you don't, you have enough presets to replace many apps out there with Fibery.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Fibery is still pretty new and some things are not rock solid. There's Intercom with support everywhere so you will get your issues fixed.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're managing full product development cycle with Fibery. It replaces what could have been Jira, Confluence, a good chunk of google docs, 1C, hiring tracking, TestRail and some other software that we don't need as we configured processes internally.

 ### 27. Fibery is *almost* better than Notion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris B. | Owner

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

I'm a data engineer so my brain works like how Fibery operates. The smart folders and document layering is bonkers!

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

There is no phone or desktop app. Not a huge deal breaker, but most web browsers aren't exactly "lightweight" containers for your app.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibery organizes my business. I'm able to document the processes used throughout in a very manageable and presentable way. I'm able to keep track of operational things like inventory stock levels and trigger workflows from this information. I can also create projects, tasks to go with that project and attach relevant documentation so when I assign it to someone else, they have everything they need to get the work done.

 ### 28. i love fibery: flexible and smart

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

We've build a whole project management tool in fibery just in couple of days so we have a personalized tool without coding.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

I wish there would be easier to use, better documented API to retrieve data from fibery.

**Recommendations to others considering Fibery:**

first don't try to automatize but model your process

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OKR tracking, project tracking, online marketing tracking, product management tracking. And all deliverables are connected to the org structure (what is not hierarchical)

 ### 29. Fibery supercharges our Product Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harry S. | Managing Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Fibery is incredibly flexible and incredibly powerful. On top of this, their support is outstanding.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Writing formulas to do more complex things can be tricky!

**Recommendations to others considering Fibery:**

Use the templates, they're a great starting point!

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibery is empowering our Product Team to provide data-driven, context-rich requirements and customer feedback to our hardware and software development teams.

 ### 30. Flexible + smooth UX => so many usecases, centralized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Xavier L. | Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Flexible + smooth UX.
Any knowledge management topic can be addressed in multiple ways, Fibery is often chosen as the best solution for our needs.
It's a great hub for intra & inter-departments collaboration.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

UX is really smooth but some micro-features are still missing.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Product management & Sales enablement.
Example benefit: having a full catalog of Product marketing resources, which is both accessible by all, and maintained + prioritized in real-time.

 ### 31. Great product! The true modern flexible tool I was looking for

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anne L. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Extremely flexible AND complete. I am not limited in the features of the tables, the links between tables, and the visualizations available

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

It is a young product, so some features are still a bit incomplete. Features are being actively worked on and updated, but sometimes it is not quite complete at a given moment

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a small company and use Fibery to manage my clients, projects, invoices and received payments. It is much more dynamic than excel spreadsheets, much more flexible than small dedicated SAAS that cover only one purpose, and much less expensive than ERPs.... I love it!

 ### 32. Your local, strongly typed, but flexible knowledge base

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Here is the strong side - put all data spinning around your business to your local `meta universe` (all Agile whistles included).
Very friendly team behind the product and very productive phase of the product's development so far, when you could find some new cool features every other month.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Nothing except of product's younginess, but that gives not only unexpected surprises but extra strength and possibilities too (sometimes).

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to make our bueracracy process fresh and alive now, not boring and dead.
Fibery helps as all docs are connected and accessible in one place, no context switching.

 ### 33. The most amazing thing on the internet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

This is like the perfect mashup of Airtable and Google docs. It allows me to take notes, like Google Docs, and then to include references in thos notes to databse entities.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Nothing. They're iterating and improving very quickly. Would be cool if there were a native app, but I use Flotato to create one.

**Recommendations to others considering Fibery:**

Better than all the alternatives. Believe me, I've tried them. Skip Notion, Airtable, Coda, etc. Just try it. Somewhat steep learning curve at the beginning, but amazing.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fibery to run my life. I have all of my project, contacts, meeting notes, tasks, etc., in there. It's amazing.

 ### 34. Fibery is the best start-up workspace available!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor K. | Advisory Board Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Fibery gives you a way to define your strategic goals, connect them to your tactical goals and define workflows that support the execution of those goals. I recommend it to all of my portfolio companies.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

It takes some time to understand the abstractions and how it all fits together. I'm also looking forward to more options in the workflows so that tasks automatically move from one person to another based on state changes.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Starting and building a new business is hard. Fibery helps you document your intentions and keep you on track to achieving your goals. It also helps you automate tasks.

 ### 35. ITs really good, does everything, but comes with the complexity of a software that can do everything

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Agustin V. | Product Manager - Engineering, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

I like the degree at which I can grow it to adapt to my way of working instead of working as the platform allows me to like its the case with other solutions

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

once you created your structure it looks too complex for the average user.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Task management, jira follow ups, progress reporting

 ### 36. 360˚ business suite made specifically for you

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oleg O. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Organized but very flexible structure. All needed tools are integrated into one platform. The advanced reporting system is awesome. We can create literally any app based on Fibery.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

If I want to create different workspaces with the same people I have to pay multiple times. Formula editor might be better. I'd love to have multiple databases in a table view.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All business management stuff. Strategy, customer discovery, clients relationships, business intelligence, product management, project development management, human resources, etc. You can create a comprehensive business suite on Fibery.

 ### 37. great product to work with

**Reviewed by:** Catherine L. | sales executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2021

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

the best part for me as a user was the customization part of Fibery. Once you figure out how to work with it becomes easy and really useful. So many option will fit any possible project.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

for me personally, i have nothing to dislike. Our tech team though had mentioned some kind of issues about integrations, but me - i was in love with fibery for it's flexibility!

**Recommendations to others considering Fibery:**

Consider Fibery if you want to manage and organize your team on a new level of comfort

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibery solved a bunch of time management problems with the team and for me as a product manager. Team and personal employees' tasks were all in control. Loved the percentage analytics that shows how far is the task done.

 ### 38. Using FIbery to Product Manage our algorithms and reference data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex S. | Co-Founder CEO/CPO/CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

The flexibility of the tool. We use it for multiple things that we mostly used to do on spreadsheets. In our case over 25 algorithms or data references.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

There is a learning curve to understanding and using the tool successfully. However, once you get the basics, it's easy to do multiple applications.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to manage algorithms and reference data. Fibery is connected directly to our app which allows our prod managers to do updates without using dev time.

 ### 39. You can create and automate your own workflows on whatever processes. Amazing!

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Fibery is flexible and I was able to assemble my own workflow with automated visual reports. I absolutely love that the customer success team is doing a mind-blowing job while helping me with my tasks. I also like the look and feel of the product.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

The learning curve is pretty steep, but once you get it, it's an amazing tool.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fibery helps me to operate with the community communication process.

 ### 40. An all in one tool for the Operating System of a startup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claude d. | CEO / Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Advanced relational databases. Automation at every level. Amazing team: transparency, atentive, responsive... No limitation (databases, automata, API calls...)

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

I studied 16 tools (Notion, Monday, Coda...) and Fibery is the best for me. Some things are missing but they are fast at developing them. It'll soon be perfect

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The power of Fibery is really impressive. I can develop an app for each department of a company and link them to enhance knowledge and reactivity.

 ### 41. flexible usage and cooperative working environment

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

The balance of power, flexibility and simplicity. It's remarkable what you can build in Fibery.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

At the moment there is no in-app direct messaging and currently no web forms available. Fingers crossed they will be added at some stage in the future.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we're solving is connecting everything that was previously disconnected in our business; orders, debtors, marketing metrics, inventory management, social media management, general work management, the list goes on.

 ### 43. First no-code tool that I'm happy with

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton K. | VP Eng

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

It is super flexible, fast, minimal and allows me to create the workflows that I want instead of fitting to someone else's workflow.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Some "comfort" features are missing. Sometimes I have to hack the tool a little to match my needs. Some important integrations are missing. But the team is always very responsive and that keeps me with the tool

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing our development workflows, tracking knowledge, day planning

 ### 44. Awesome system!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam E. | Project manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Nothing really. The iteration of the product is quick and delightful.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier we used JIRA, and had to resort to other programs and apps to get the full view of the product/project. In Fibery, we can track everything we need to be efficient.

 ### 45. Lets keep it together!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen P. | CX Specialist (various teams), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

Its pretty intuitive & easy to use. It definitely helps me stay organized while reviewing product requests & making sure the correct teams are able to review them as well.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

What I do find odd is when trying to search for "like requests" its a bit difficult to open them within the same window or read more of the subject line. Especially when merging requests into one another.

It is nice that the window pops within the screen but it blocks all other requests

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organzing product feedback ideas & tracking them in a much more efficient way

 ### 46. Fibery connects everything that matters in one place.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Fibery?**

It really is easy to run an entire project, team, process, or whole company through Fibery.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

Fibery's whiteboard feature works well enough to use for brainstorming sessions, but does not compare to Figjam or other lesser online whiteboards.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deliverable tracking with vendors, product management/research and user testing, and more. When connections between these things matter, Fibery is the best tool to use.

Everything is connected! It allows you to fully break through knowledge silos. Many connectors already avaiable - or write your own.

**What do you dislike about Fibery?**

For medium/larger companies a workspace can become hard to structure. Another hierarchy/grouping/filtering level would be useful.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing various kinds of knowledge, projects, workflows. Making work visiable. Connected knowledge - breaking through tool and functional team-silos.

**What problems is Fibery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- management of internal processes
- integrated management of all (!) product developement processes

 ### 49. They understand real requirements of project managers
