Fibalo is bookkeeping software for small businesses in Germany. It collects receipts and invoices all month, reads the data and hands everything to your tax advisor once a month as a DATEV export. Every company gets its own email address: suppliers send invoices there, paper receipts are photographed with the mobile app, and the browser extension sends invoices from Gmail and supplier portals. Fibalo reads the invoice number, date, supplier, net amount, VAT rate and gross amount. Anything it cannot read with certainty goes to a review list, nothing is guessed. E-invoices in ZUGFeRD and XRechnung format are read as structured data. At month end, one click creates the DATEV export (Buchungsstapel and Stammdaten). Reports such as the BWA and a draft VAT return (UStVA) are available as PDF. Outgoing invoices can be written as ZUGFeRD e-invoices. Fibalo also works inside ChatGPT and Claude: upload invoices and ask about your Belege in the chat. Original documents are stored unchanged, every manual change is logged, and data is processed in the EU region Frankfurt. Fibalo is not a tax advisor and does not provide tax advice.
