After deploying its plugin on our website, we could clearly see that users are coming from which geography and their other demographic details as well. We were able to configure a lot of things during trial period as well. **What do you dislike about Fetchify?** The platform sign-up and configuration process is a bit tough and it can be made much simple to use, ex: it asks for so many questions in the registration form and it could have been just an email id and phone number - rest of things could have been derived by other tools. **What problems is Fetchify solving and how is that benefiting you?** I didn't have visibility around my users and that didn't allow me to run crafted experiments on our website, but Fetchify has solved that problem beautifully and ensured that we are getting all the insights that we can get to scale up our business. ### 2. I've never seen anything like it anywhere else. It provides a very accurate address for new clients. Significantly reduces human error. **What do you dislike about Fetchify?** The pricing of the software is too high. Poor customer service. It is sometimes difficult to use the website because it is buggy. **What problems is Fetchify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides us with an accurate client address which was very difficult to obtain earlier. ### 3. The pricing is a little on the expensive side for the functionality. It takes a little bit of dev work to sync into some existing systems as well. **What problems is Fetchify solving and how is that benefiting you?** As we expand the customers we serve across different geographic areas, validating this information is crucial to not making mistakes during shipping or delivery.
