Fertiligent is a clinic-governed AI platform for fertility clinics and IVF centers. It works as an intelligence layer on top of the clinic's existing EMR rather than replacing it, handling patient communication across phone, fax, SMS, email and web chat while automating administrative work such as referral intake, scheduling and documentation. Key capabilities include an AI voice assistant that answers incoming calls with caller verification and routing; automated fax and referral intake with OCR and data structuring; two-way omnichannel messaging across SMS, email and web chat; Eva, a patient-facing fertility companion with optional avatar and voice; an AI medical scribe that drafts clinical documentation; appointment scheduling with automated reminders; and multilingual support in 10+ languages. Clinicians stay in control: AI-generated drafts and suggestions are reviewed by the care team, with configurable guardrails and clinician-led oversight built in. The result is a lower administrative burden for staff and more consistent, responsive communication for patients throughout their fertility journey.
