Felsen Channel is a proprietary customer service platform for teams that need to manage conversations and customer context in one operation. It brings live chat, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, X, Telegram, LINE, SMS, voice, and API-based channels into a unified inbox, with contact and company histories alongside each conversation. Beyond the inbox, Felsen Channel includes CRM for contacts and companies, routing and workflow automation, SLAs, macros, multichannel campaigns, a searchable knowledge base, Live View, operational reports, and CSAT. REST APIs and webhooks connect the platform with native integrations such as Slack, Dialogflow, Shopify, Google Translate, Linear, and Notion. Governance features include role-based access, SSO/SAML, MFA, and audit logs. FIA (Felsen Inteligencia Artificial) is an optional module with an AI assistant, copilot, connected knowledge, and service automation.
