"AI-Driven Meeting Solution, Slightly Laggy UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Fellow?

I love the AI summary feature in Fellow because it's a great way to see the most important points and actionable insights from a meeting. I also appreciate the integration with Claude, which allows me to create detailed recaps of meetings using the Fellow transcript as a knowledge base and integrate it with emails and Slack. Additionally, I found the initial setup of Fellow to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fellow?

Sometimes it takes a while to load, and to show up in a meeting. In general, the UI feels a bit laggy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Meeting Organization, Needs Better Onboarding"
5/5
What do you like best about Fellow?

I really, really like Fellow because it helps me keep track of what was discussed in meetings and remember the action items. With a lot of meetings, it's easy to forget what we talked about, so having Fellow in all of my meetings is essential. I have also used the AI summary and recaps, which have been quite helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fellow?

Maybe the onboarding, because I don't use other features to be honest, and maybe that's because I don't really know what's there, and I don't have time to just check through everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Note-Taking and Powerful AI Search"
5/5
What do you like best about Fellow?

I don't have to take notes myself its amazing and I love the searches and how I can ask fellow to search all my meetings and recap things. I freaking love AI. It was super easy to get started, customer support is always helpful not that I've needed it much. I use it every day. It integrates with google meets and I love it. What do you dislike about Fellow?

Nothing I can think of. How could there be anything bad about having someone take notes for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Privacy-Respecting, Intuitive UX with Valuable Transcripts and Notes"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Fellow?

It respects privacy and doesn't just record w/o adequate permissions. The transcript and notes provide a valuable complement to my hand-typed notes and help generate more comprehensive insights from calls. The UX is also quite intuitive, although it'd be helpful to know more clearly when Fellow is active for a meeting and when it's not. It'd also be helpful to have an extension for Zoom meetings that could be toggled on for meetings that aren't on the calendar but user wishes to have recorded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fellow?

It's hard to distinguish between the AI note and the summary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Meeting Transcripts, Needs AI Enhancement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Fellow?

I like how easy it is to have Fellow connected to different meeting platforms like Google Meets and Microsoft Teams. No matter what platform I'm using, I know that Fellow is going to be there, which is really great. I've used systems in the past that were hard to configure and join meetings, but Fellow is very simple. Even though we use Google Meets as our base platform for meetings, Fellow easily joins even if our customers use Teams, so I don't need to create a separate Teams account. I also appreciate that I don't have to worry about taking notes if I'm using something other than Google Meets because Fellow takes care of it. It's very easy to have Fellow join any call I need. On top of that, the setup was quite easy, and it continues to be easy as we onboard new associates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fellow?

I tend to take my transcript from Fellow and put it into ChatGPT to write out notes that are a little bit more customized. It would be nice to set up the ability for the AI to write notes for me from the recap based off of my tone of voice or how I want something written in a specific template for that recap. At first, I was not very happy with using Fellow. I preferred Tactic. I felt like Tactic was a lot more customizable. Tactic allowed a chat bot or some kind of AI bot at the top of every meeting transcript where you could ask its very specific questions about the meeting, and have it write out specific points or notes that I could just copy and paste right into Slack. I could say, 'please write me a meeting summary that is casual, that highlights the main points of this meeting,' and it would do that. That's something that I definitely miss out of Tactic. "Unintrusive, Versatile Tool with Strong Automation and AI Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Fellow?

Unintrusive and useful across so many use cases. They offer strong baseline features—like libraries and automation—that help you govern your meetings and culture. And now, with the AI feature, it enables fantastic integrations into our workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fellow?

Sometimes the bots struggle to join meetings. Botless recordings are fine, but we prefer the added explicitness and transparency of having the bot present in the meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforming Our Meetings with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Fellow?

I absolutely love the meeting templates in Fellow, they are one of my favorite features. They help me organize meetings systematically, especially for sales calls, ensuring we follow a structured process to gather necessary information and adequately provide quotes to our prospective clients. The templates are invaluable for keeping meetings consistent and productive. I also appreciate Fellow's automation capabilities, which remind team members to contribute to meetings and automate follow-up emails, along with surveys to participants to gauge the effectiveness of meetings. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and onboarding new team members has been seamless. Additionally, integration with Slack is a big plus for me as it allows easy conversion of Slack chats into Fellow topics for future meetings, creating a seamless workflow. Overall, the combination of intuitive templates, automation, and easy integrations makes Fellow an indispensable tool for managing meetings effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fellow?

I find it challenging that, because we're not on the higher tier for Fellow, we are limited to individual templates. It would be much more beneficial if we could have our templates shared across the entire company. Upgrading our usage doesn’t necessarily make sense for us, as only a few of us are power users while the majority are light users. Paying the full price for every user seems unreasonable. I wish Fellow offered more flexible pricing options, such as tiered pricing, to accommodate both light and heavy users within the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Mirna Shaltout of Fellow

Hi Carleen,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review!

I noticed you said that you'd like your assistant to have delegate access to your account which is an Enterprise feature as you mentioned. As a workaround if you use google calendars, you can share your calendar with your assistant and she can sync it to her account to help plan your meetings for you. I am linking an article below with more information on this.

If you have any questions on this, please do not hesitate to reach out to us either through the blue Intercom bubble or at support@fellow.co.

"Fellow got me the job! Now its an everyday necessity."
5/5
What do you like best about Fellow?

My first experience with Fellow was when I received a recording and feedback from an interview. This really helped ease the anxiety of wondering, "Did I do a good job or did I mess it up?" Being able to review my answers, see the interviewers' reactions, and reflect on what I could have improved or what I did well was incredibly valuable. I ended up getting the job! Now, I use Fellow in every meeting. It's excellent for revisiting what was discussed. If you don't like watching yourself on video, you can simply read the summaries it generates from the chats. Installation and setup were very straightforward, so I make sure to have it running on every video call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fellow?

The only problems I've encountered with Fellow seem to be due to my own mistakes. I didn't thoroughly read the setup instructions before installing, which left me confused when I tried to add notes to a meeting agenda with my team. Fortunately, I figured it out after some trial and error. It might be helpful to have refresher tutorials easily accessible for users who want to review best practices.
