It would be great if training is provided to users about what changes are introduced and where to find features in the new layout. I really wish Fellow would have an add-on for Gmail. It would be a lot more helpful tracking my action items if they could be visible there. What I like about Fellow the most is that it allows me to be immersed in the meeting, listening, watching people, and seeing how we can keep the meeting flowing while it takes the notes in the background. That's the best return on investment for me. The setup was very straightforward, and working with the Fellow team was fantastic. Their follow-up and constant checking in on us has been wonderful, making the whole experience really good. Fellow is an impressively useful and powerful tool. What I appreciate most is how quickly it processes notes, transcripts, and recordings. With most other notetakers, I often have to wait up to two hours before I can review my summary, which isn't helpful when I have back-to-back meetings. I rely on Fellow for as many as nine meetings a day, every day, and it handles all this information smoothly. One feature I especially love is the ability to ask questions during the call, which really helps me catch anything I might have missed and makes my day much easier. 1. The briefing feature misidentifies content from some meetings and sends information that is not relevant.
